Along the way, your guide will introduce you to the world of Chianti Classico, preparing your palate for a day filled with flavor, tradition, and breathtaking landscapes.
Stop at an ancient noble estate nestled among olive groves and cypresses. Here, you’ll take a guided tour of a beautifully preserved olive oil mill that blends centuries-old tradition with modern techniques. Learn how extra virgin olive oil is produced, from harvest to press, and enjoy a guided tasting session of premium oils. Discover how texture, color, and flavor vary by terrain and production methods, and learn to pair olive oil with food like a local.
Head to a boutique winery in the heart of Chianti Classico. Walk through historic cellars and sun-drenched vineyards as your sommelier explains how Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and other native grapes are blended to create one of the most famous wines in the world. Enjoy a tasting of selected vintages, learning how to assess aroma, structure, acidity, and finish — all while surrounded by views of the Tuscan countryside.
No trip to Chianti is complete without exploring one of its iconic medieval villages. Enjoy free time to stroll the cobbled streets of an enchanting Medieval village, browse the local bottegas, and take photos in its postcard-worthy piazza. Your guide will share insights into the area’s history, culture, and importance to Tuscan identity.
Continue your journey to another scenic winery, where you’ll be treated to a 3-course gourmet Tuscan lunch, served with perfectly paired wines. Savor authentic regional dishes made with fresh, local ingredients as you dine in an intimate, rustic setting. Your sommelier will guide you through the food and wine pairings, highlighting how Chianti wines enhance the flavors of Tuscan cuisine.
As the sun begins to set over the vineyards, relax on your return journey to Florence. Soak in the last views of olive groves and castles, reflect on everything you’ve learned, and ask your sommelier any lingering questions about the wines, olive oil, or Tuscan traditions. Expect to return with lasting memories—and maybe even a bottle or two. Then, head back to Florence in a confortable Mercedes Minivan or Mercedes Sprinter

Peter was an awesome driver and guide for this unique experience in the countryside. We enjoyed the tastings and visiting the various vineyards. It was one of the best days of our 16 day journey through Europe.
What a great day! Getting into the country for a day was amazing. Peter was an excellent guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and a terrific host. The winery and olive oil staff were welcoming as well. Excellent day!
Peter was a fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
This experience was amazing!! We started in the morning and drove to a beautiful winery. After that, we were treated to an amazing lunch and wine pairing. We ended the day with a tour of a winery and olive oil farm. Sara was an amazing tour guide. This has probably been the most fun we’ve had in Italy.
The tour was very interesting and the guide was fantastic. The beautiful landscape was breathtaking and the wine tastings were fun. I would do the tour again.
The experience was excellent. The wineries were lovely and we enjoyed lunch. However, the bus seats were super uncomfortable. It really took away from the experience. There was no room!
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the wineries and lunch. We’re truly sorry that the bus seating was uncomfortable and that the lack of space affected your experience. We take your feedback seriously and will share it with the provider for review. We appreciate your honesty and hope to welcome you again for a more comfortable experience in the future.
Excellent tour!!! Very much in line with the expectation we had to know the Chianti!!! I highly recommend the experience and more if you are guided by Cristina
Great fun. Knowledgeable guides. Learned a lot about Chianti. Not as much olive oil as I was hoping. Well worth the time. Pace yourself!! Visited 3 wineries. One newer one and a couple older. Nothing was rushed but didn't drag either. Enough time to appreciate each stop.
Great day. Everything was as promised. Visit in three wineries, taste olive oil and excellent wines. Guide told us background of area, wineries and wines. We really enjoy. And of course bought some wine straight from winery.
Excellent and interesting trip across Tuscan wine producing areas
