The meetup area was very clear-- an office on a side street very close to the cathedral. Our tour guide was terrific and the tour was great as well. She first walked us through the crypt area, and then went on to the church, fielding as many questions as we asked. The only thing I would caution others about is that you may not actually enter the church at your designated time. we had a 10:00 entrance time, but that's when the church opens, so there was a huge line queued up even for all the "skip the line" ticket holders. We didn't enter the church until probably 11:00, so bear that in mind for any plans you have afterward. To her credit, the tour guide took that time, to give us a deep history of the cathedral, which made the wait go by faster.
Everything perfect, Giovanni the guide was the best tour we had so far in Florence
The guide was knowledgeable and very well-prepared. Never boring. Very skilled. Experience absolutely to recommend. 5 stars!!
A wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the places we visited were amazing. I truly enjoyed every moment of the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making this trip so memorable!
Very informative and fun tour by Eduardo. Very knowledgeable of the city of Florence. I learned alot
We waited in the fast lane for 45 minutes and once we got in the tour was approximately 30 minutes and rushed. Then it was bye and go do the other things yourself. I could have arranged this myself without a tour guide. Was not worth the money. The tour guide was nice though.
Disappointed in customer service and help
Paid for private guide and one was available. So had to get in an hour long line to go in by ourselves. Inside Duomo is not worth standing in line for. Is very small and very crowded.
Very informative tour. Our guide Guido was excellent. Perfect tour if you’re short on time. Skip the line feature was great
Excellent tour of the area in and around the Duomo. We got so much more out of the visit. Great tour guide, and we were provided audio gadgets so we could hear the guide easily even amongst the crowd.
