Booked and paid online received the tickets but when we turned up the tour was cancelled. No time to reschedule a different tour for the day

We also sent an alternative tour date to accommodate you, but unfortunately, we were unable to get a response before you arrived. We completely understand how disappointing it is to lose a day of sightseeing, and we are reviewing our communication channels to ensure these urgent alerts reach guests more reliably in the future.
We arrived 20 minutes early and waited half an hour and the guide did not show up. Walked all the way around the bargello looking for them and didn’t find them.
