Fishing Charters in Key West Florida

Private trip for my family. Forest was great- very attentive and helpful. Found some good reef sites enabling each of my family members the opportunity to catch a fish. Mostly reef still fishing with some trolling at the end. One barracuda and the rest smaller yellowtail. Got a couple legal size but we were catch and release.

Ben was a great captain and had us hauling in fish left and right. He cleaned and fillet our catch so we could take it to a restaurant to eat that night. Boat was easy to find at the dock and comfortably fit our group of 6.

We just went tarpon fishing with Captain Chad of Tarpon Diem and had an incredible experience. He put us on 5 huge tarpon and worked hard all day to keep us on the fish. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has a great sense of humor, which made the trip even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a tarpon guide in Key West, I highly recommend Captain Chad. We booked a private deep sea fishing charter with Captain Forest. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable; engaging and made the trip something we will never forget. His play list was great and we caught 8 yellow tail snapper which he cleaned for us and then gave us a great restaurant recommendation to have our catch prepared ( shout out to Kaya Restaurant!) couldn’t have asked for a better day in Key west! Highly recommend Forest as our captain!

Forest was fantastic. Made sure we had an enjoyable trip and caught a lot of fish. Took care of everything from baiting the fish to cleaning them.

We took our five family members on this tour with Forrest as our Captain and we really had low expectations as we've done these types of excursions before. We thought, at worst it will be a nice day in the sun our on the boat. Forest took us out to the reef and yes, fishing is a hit or miss, but but once he set us up we were hauling in 23"-26" Grouper and Snapper like it was a walk in the park. Even if you are not a fishing regular, Forest baited the hook for us, instructed beginners who had never fished before who were also pulling in fish. Now the dilemma is what to do with all the fish we caught. Gave them some and he was able to give us a strategy to get it back through the plane home. Best experience we had in Key West!

On our trip we didnt catch many fish thats the way it goes the ride and the view were amazing the part that kinda ruined the whole expierence was after the trip the guy that took us out unprofessionaly made it clear to leave a tip so we left a 50 dollar tip and within 10 min of leaving he was sending me text messages attacking me calling my wife names because the tip he thought was to small but my wife and I work very hard for our money and we saved up for a while to be able to even come to key west and for this guy to insult us for not giving him a bigger tip was unfortunate.I think if we had a different guide the expierence might of produced more fish and a better time

We had the best time out on the water with Forest! This was our 2nd experience deep sea fishing and it was definitely our favorite! My husband caught a beautiful sailfish and few other fish - but the sailfish was the BEST! Forest is a great captain and he is so knowledgeable and full of energy. You can tell he LOVES what he does! We can't wait to meet up with him again when we return next year!

Captain Forest was an amazing guide. He was respectful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely hard working - moving us appropriately to get on as many fish as possible. Amazing trip! Would recommend this company and Forest in particular. We got our limit on snapper pretty quickly and then went for bigger fish. Forest was very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed it so much we did another trip with Forest the next day. Ready to go back!
