Fantastic day! The sand dunes and beach were breathtaking, Lunch was tasty. The day ended at the waterfall. It was a lovely walk and the waterfall was beautiful. We had time to swim and enjoy the beauty. Our guide and driver made the experience rich.
Unfortunately the waterfall was closed due to an incident, but we had a great day with the alternative itinerary. Instead of the waterfall hike, we went to a pottery village and the Nakadola beach which was very nice and the village was a great cultural experience. The hike at the sand dunes was relatively short and only took about 50 minutes, but it was very pleasant with some beautiful views. Raj was a great tour guide. He was full of information and kept us informed along the way of where we were going and what to expect. It was a great day.
Great guide! Flexible timing of activities & quality recommendations on how to time out our day to optimize each landmark!
Bula We’re so grateful for your wonderful review! It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the tour. Thank you for trusting us with your time and for sharing your thoughts. Vinaka Valentine
The Sand Dunes is quite a hike, bring water, bug spray and comfortable shoes. Do not where slides, or flip flops. The waterfall was easier, it brings the trip full circle. Best advice, do the Sand Dunes first then the Waterfall.
Really enjoyable guided walk up to the waterfall after a welcome ceremony at the local village. Very refreshing swim -highlight of the trip. Our Valentine tours guide was very knowledgeable about the local area and answered all of our questions. Good fun at the sand dunes, a must do!
Anand was an excellent tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour. It was a great way to see the southwestern part of the island.
Anand was a wonderful tour guide on our tour today! The waterfall and sand dune trip was excellent. I highly recommend it!
Vinaka vakalevu for the lovely review! We’re glad you enjoyed the tour and our guide, and we’d be honored to take you on more journeys the next time you’re here.
Had a great time going to Biausevu Waterfall and visiting the dunes on the Coral Coast. Would highly recommend bringing aqua socks or similar footware for walk to the waterfall for the seven stream crossings along the way. Also enjoyed the stop at the Fijian primary school and the welcoming kava ceremony at the village prior to the hike to Biausevu Waterfall.
We loved our tour! This is perfect for those who are active and don’t want to sit on a beach all day. The hike to the waterfall is fairly easy, but I do recommend good hiking sandals instead of hiking shoes. The trail requires walking through 6 streams about 12 inches deep in order to reach the falls. I also recommend bringing regular hiking shoes for the sand dunes hike. Our driver, Anand, and our waterfall guide were both fantastic. I highly recommend this tour!
Bula Thank you so much for giving us a womderful 5 star review! We truly appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the hiking tour. We look forward to seeing you again on your next adventure! Vinaka valentine
The weather was good in August, and exploring the waterfalls and dunes was pleasant. The Guides were friendly and told us a lot about Fiji life including trivia. I think it's a great tour to fully enjoy Fiji's nature and culture.
