If you leave your bulky luggage on the carts, put your name on it. When I arrived at the port, the cart had remained in Papeete. He took the next shuttle so the oversight was quickly corrected. But identifying the bag would have been easier if I had put a tag on it. 1-hour crossing. You must arrive 30 minutes before. There is a good restaurant in the station.
Easy ferry transfer to Mo'orea. The ship was large which made for a relaxing, smooth trip. The staff were accommodating and joyful as well. Much preferred this transfer to the smaller catamaran ferry.
Nice and comfortable accommodations inside the ferry. Check-in was easy and the staff was very kind and hospitable.
Excursion, incredible, the guide Wilfried is just extraordinary, we couldn't have dreamed of better thank you again!
For someone who didn’t understand the language I followed the crowd. The tickets are purchased on ground floor at the back of the building then walk up to second floor to go on the ferry.
Was a nice ride. We enjoyed the trip.
On time and easy to manage , relaxing well organized and an enjoyable ride. Comfortable areas in the ferry to relax and enjoy the view
The process was very easy, the taxi driver left us right off in front at the ticket counter, unloaded our bags and put them on a ship cart. The desk redeemed our ticket and even printed out our tickets on our return for a few days later. The ride was wonderful, the food on the ferry was great too.i would definitely use this service again.
While waiting for our vouchers to be exchanged for ferry tickets at the ferry terminal in Papeete we were approached by a tourism guy from moorea and he explained the process steps and gave us a map of moorea with things to do etc on it he was most helpful and escorted us to the waiting lounge It made the whole experience very smooth and easy
I went to the pier office in the morning to get my boarding tickets w the vouchers I received and was told my vehicle fare wasn’t included as mentioned by the booking agent. Fortunately, I was able to get that purchased at that time. They printed my return tickets as well. Ferry staff very friendly and helpful. Return sail arrived late so we departed about 20min late. They’re very efficient w turning the ship.
Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your kind feedback. Unfortunately the vehicle is never included in the passenger rate, its comes in addition to the rate ticket. That must be a default communication issue from Viator that needs be addressed. Thank you again for pointing that out, we will have it fixed shortly. Glad you enjoyed your crossing with us Mauruuru roa
