Start your day with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, one of Egypt's most impressive engineering feats. It was constructed in the 1960s to control flooding, generate hydroelectric power, and provide water for irrigation.
take a short boat ride to Kalabsha Temple, located on the shores of Lake Nasser. The temple was originally built during the Roman period and was relocated here during the construction of the High Dam to avoid submersion.
In the late afternoon, take a boat ride to Philae Temple. This temple complex was dedicated to the goddess Isis and was also relocated due to the flooding caused by the High Dam. We were waiting for the boat for almost an hour and they were not able to go straight, the boat seemed drunk going from one side of the margin to the other. Other that that, they were super comprehensive to change the pickup point and the time of the trip. We have done it at sunset and was one of the best experiences in Egypt!
