Faro Airport Private Transfer to Albufeira

Very bad experience with "Drive On Holiday," the car rental agency near Faro airport. During the pickup, the agent presented an option as a simple refundable deposit. In reality, it was a hidden additional insurance. Between confusing explanations and pressure at the counter due to the crowd, our consent was absolutely not informed. This extra charge turned out to be extremely costly (it doubled the rental price!) and redundant with the guarantees of our credit card. In response to our complaints, the agency continuously hid behind the contract signature and refused any commercial gesture. This is a classic technique to compensate for low introductory prices. Be extremely vigilant with this type of low-cost rental: many reviews report exactly regular practices at Drive On Holidays. To be avoided.

Brilliant as always, always on time

Punctual pick-ups, very easy to book and use, plenty of space in the vehicle for our family and luggage, with suitable car seats for our children and friendly drivers. We even accidentally left a backpack in the car on our return journey and they were quick to contact us and return it. So much better and quicker than a coach transfer.

Excellent service picked up on time, driver was Fernando very polite gentleman took us right to the villa door and helped with all the luggage need to book them again to get us back to the airport.

Really professional and friendly service but also good value. Friendly drivers and good vehicles in both directions. Good start and end to our holiday.
