The museum itself is overwhelming but this tour made it not only manageable but exciting. We learned a lot and saw a lot. The tour guide was excellent and made it a fun experience!
Tour was great guide very knowledgeable but did feel rushed
Our guide was very polite and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our tour. It was also helpful that she used an orange hat on a pole for us to easily see where she is.
The guide was very lackluster, he only served to enter quickly and after entering they left you in an elevator and instructed you to press 1, and that "the Mona Lisa room was there," which was not as easy to access as indicated. As a tour guide very poor or basic information that almost everyone knows
It was a great experience. Everything worked smoothly, from the booking to the meeting, the pickup, and the tour. Our guide was very competent; she even managed to get us back together in the hustle and bustle in front of the Mona Lisa. The tour route made it possible to provide an introduction to the potential of the Louvre within two hours and to get to see some important works.
Our tour guide Diane was wonderful. We enjoyed our tour. The 3 o’clock tour guides checking people in were lovely. The 2:00 tour guide I would give a -1 if I could. We asked all the tour guides if we were with them and they all said no. We were there a half hour before our tour was to begin and we could not find our tour guide. Customer service is swearing she was there so she must have told us we were not with her as we checked with every group. We texted and called before the tour started to say we couldn’t find our tour even though we were in the meeting place. We got no response until 20 minutes after our tour began and the customer service people were rude and dismissive on the phone saying there was nothing they could do for us. We ended up getting on the 3:00 tour only because someone did not show up. They did nothing to get us in and were not going to refund us if we did not get on the tour. I would understand that if we weren’t in the correct spot to meet at the correct time however, this was clearly their error and they were not willing to assist or refund us if we didn’t get on the 3:00 tour. I do not want to take away from Diane and the ladies checking us in for 3pm because they were wonderful. Customer service needs more training on professional courtesy and basic manners.
We had the unfortunate experience of relying on the address to get us to the meetup. We walked around the given address and after pulling up the written information to meet at a visual point, we were 3 minutes late. The tour guide (and $300 of tickets) had left. I attempted to message the company before the start time as we were running to the location but never heard back. It was unfortunately a complete waste and loss. We waited for the next tour in hopes of a vacancy without any luck. It was a very saddening experience.
Alot of walking. Very crowded. You should have great mobility. Not very handicap accessibility. Nice
Horrible experience. Tour operator would not allow us to join the tour for which we had confirmed tickets. Arrived at the meeting point, met with the guide, was not allowed to proceed because we were not on their list.
Very disappointing. Tour operators did not meet us no other operator had ever heard of the company Europe tours. Wouldn’t offer a refund. Not able to book other tour as all fully booked for the time we were in Paris. Jane
