Alternatively, pickup is available directly from your hotel within Patong area. Pickup times are scheduled 30 minutes before departure time. Your precise pickup time will be communicated to you via email; therefore, we advise you to consult your inbox. Kindly meet your driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or after our departure may result in a no-show designation.

- For your safety and to protect the natural environment, you must remain on the marked trails. Do not attempt to take shortcuts, veer off the path, or explore unauthorized areas
- Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate tour termination without refund
- No flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed footwear are allowed
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement
- For your safety, individuals who have sustained injuries to their back, hips, legs, knees, or feet within the past year are not permitted to participate
- For your safety, individuals diagnosed with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate
