Day 1: Hanoi - Cat Ba (Lunch/Dinner) 7:15 am pick up at your hotel in Old Quater Hanoi area 10:30 - 11:00: Be present at the hotel in the center of Cat Ba town. 11:30: Lunch will be served at the hotel restaurant. 12:30: Check in at the hotel Your free time now. Feel free to get to know Cat Ba. 18:30 - 19:00 : Enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant. Free rest in the evening in Cat Ba.
Day 2: Cat Ba - Lan Ha Bay - Hanoi 7:30 - 8:00: Have breakfast at the hotel. 8:30: Our guide will pick you up at your hotel, take you to Beo Dock to travel towards Lan Ha Bay. Start your exhilarating journey to explore here. Check-in at Beo Dock, then follow the guide to the Cruise The first destination in the journey is Cai Beo floating village, which is also Vung O village. This is the most ancient and biggest floating village in Northern Vietnam which is a home of more than 400 households, providing seafood for the Northern region. You also have the chance to witness the biggest fish - Song Vang which is over 100kg in Lan Ha bay
10:30 -12:00: Kayaking program. Seize this chance to explore natural caves formed millions of years ago and go deep into a small lake surrounded by majestic limestone mountains. If you're lucky, you might witness the Cat Ba langur family, an exclusive creature on Cat Ba archipelago that no other place in the world possesses. 11:30 - 12:30: Lunch with seafood cooked by local Chefs will be served on board.
13:00 - 14:00: The cruise takes you to Ba Trai Dao (Three peaches) beach. This is the most outstanding area in Lan Ha Bay with hundreds of large and small mountains. In this land, you can immerse yourselves in the turquoise blue water of Lan Ha bay. You can participate in many activities such as go swimming, dive for coral admiration, or sunbathe in the smooth white sands and listen to “love songs” of the sea. This land is absolutely heaven for you.
14:00 - 14:30: The boat departs to Hoang Tu Island (aka Castaway Island). This is a bungalow area that specializes in serving foreign guests. We were mesmerized by Lan Ha Bay's dramatic limestone karsts rising from emerald waters . Kayaking through hidden caves and relaxing on secluded beaches became our favorite memories . Fresh seafood delights and comfortable accommodations perfectly balanced adventure with relaxation . From floating villages to pristine beaches, every moment was truly postcard-worthy .

The deluxe package exceeded our lovey-dovey expectations 😍. From kayaking through limestone karsts to snuggling up in our sea-view room, every moment felt Instagram-worthy. The seafood feasts were divine, though the morning hike left us hilariously out of breath. Our guide Minh was an absolute gem! Not the cheapest date, but worth every dong for couples seeking that perfect blend of adventure and comfort.
The sink in the bathroom leaked like a river, the shower was dangling loose from its fittings, be aware that the city of Cat Ba where we slept over is basically a building site for the next years due to building of hotels etc; hundreds and hundres of meters of pavement missing, excavators, dumpers, workers operating heavy machinery etc. The boat trip day two was very nice and therefore I give 3 stars in spite of the above mentioned
