Very informative tour guide. She was nice and knowledgeable, she answered questions and took her time explaining the history of San Juan
Alexis was great! So much info about San Juan and Puerto Rico in general. This should be the first tour for anyone traveling to PR for the first time.
Guide was great - heat terrible. Probably need a shade hydration stop to make it bearable. Very interesting
I had high hopes for this tour but it was a fiasco. The tour guide was not prepared. We were told to meet at fruit stand in the Plaza but she was near the stature because another tour (Agra)guide told us. We waited over 15 minutes for people that were late or lost or something of the sort. We were not told why we were waiting. When she finally stated her narrative -her phone keep ringing - therefore she had to look to see who was calling & pass off the phone to about guide. This happened 3 times. When we started walking she took us to a map to show us WHERE we would be walking! WHY? We don’t live here. The tour states that it starts & ends in the same place. We left the tour shortly after that random move. I did contact the tour operator - well Marcel was as bright and as helpful as Agra. I would definitely NOT recommend this tour company!

It was really nice getting to tour the city with someone who could point out some interesting things and share some interesting facts! It can get pretty hot so bring cold water! But the tour guide was a wealth of knowledge and did her best to keep us in the shade.
Very informative tour, Alexia is great! I didn’t realize how much history Old San Juan has. Alexia took her time showing us various historical sites a d providing the history behind San Juan and the various sites we stopped by. She was also patient with us asking her additional question regarding Puerto Rico as well. I enjoyed this tour and highly recommend!
