We will leave from El Calafate to the mythical Route 40, stopping different viewpoints to take photos and enjoy the scenery.
Halfway between El Calafate and El Chaltén we will stop at a place full of history and adventure. Hotel and stop La Leona. Historical and cultural heritage of Santa Cruz.
When you reach the village you can make this trail. It is a low difficulty hike, where when you arrive you can appreciate the imposing waterfall of more than 20 meters high.
Then you can make another trail, where you can enjoy the flight of these birds. From this point you also get a prominent view of the granite massifs and the glaciers that are imposed on the horizon.
You can choose this 4 km round trip and 4 km round trip self-guided trail, where you can get unique views of the River of the Turns, Mount Fitz Roy and Capri Lagoon.

They came to us with punctuality by our hotel, along the way they placed us very interesting audio guides where we could learn about Patagonia!! Our driver Agustin told us more curiosities about this fantastic place. Even though we could not see the Fitz Roy because the sky was very cloudy, we climbed to the viewpoint of the condors and had a beautiful view of the village and the river. Fully recommended experience, we leave more than happy!!!!
