Excursión to Humantay Lake Full Day from Cusco

The Humantay Laguna Tour of 1 Day was for nature lovers who have a day off or visitors who arrive in Cusco and can not take the salkantay tour 5 days / 4 nights, during this walk you will appreciate the flora and wildlife throughout our trip to the Humantay Lagoon and the sacred mountains or sacred Apus as Salkantay.

Itinerary
The tour begins at 4:30 AM with pick-up from your hotel in Cusco. You will then travel by bus to reach the next stop.
After traveling for some time, you will arrive in the town of Mollepata where you will enjoy a delicious breakfast before continuing the journey.
After breakfast, you will continue to Soraypampa, where you will begin the hike towards the stunning Humantay Lake (4,250 meters above sea level). The hike takes approximately 1.5 hours, and once you reach the lake, you will have enough time to appreciate its majestic beauty. There will also be a demonstration of an offering to the sacred Apus, and you can participate if you wish.
After your time at the lake, you will descend back to Soraypampa to take the bus back to Mollepata.
Once you arrive in Mollepata, you will enjoy a delicious lunch before continuing on your journey.
Finally, you will travel back to Cusco, arriving around 6:00 PM.

Jonathan was amazing, patient and attentive to all the trekkers of all different abilities. He gave great tips for the hike and encouraged everyone at the level they were at and for more seasoned hikers to try trickier routes for viewpoints or descents he felt they were capable of undertaking. Positive experience from start to finish!

Breakfast/lunch was buffet style which I really appreciated, and everything was magnificent. Would specifically recommend Tito’s tour to anyone visiting!
The Humantay Lake is very nice! The tour was well-organised. The hike takes about 2h going up and it's quite steep, but definitely worth it. Tito was an excellent guide!
