Your day begins with a convenient hotel pick-up. We serve locations in the City of Miami Beach (from 1st St. to 45th St. along Collins Avenue) and Miami Downtown (at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami). Pick-up from the Port of Miami is available with a supplement paid directly to your driver. Please note that pick-ups are not offered in Surfside, Bal Harbour, or Sunny Isles. Enjoy a premium journey, mostly provided in our sophisticated Black Mercedes Sprinter Van, which is a distinctive feature of this tour. To ensure a more personal and engaging activity, we typically form small groups of up to 14 individuals. Transportation is included in your tour.
Our professional and friendly driver/guide will provide in the language chosen plenty of information about the Everglades and the activity, interacting fully with our clients. An exciting Airboat Ride narrated in english for 50-60 Minutes, (as opposed to the usual 30-35 minutes offered at other locations), to enjoy the scenery, learn about the ecosystem and its flora and fauna, and search for alligators and wildlife. Following an about 20 minutes learning activity in english on rescued alligators (Nuisance Alligators saved from wildlife danger). Most of the time one group free picture. Gift store for your enjoyment, complete with food and drinks on offer, before returning back to your place. Total duration of the activity, start to finish, normally is 4-5 hours.
Your tour concludes with drop-off to your hotel back in Miami.

Pickup Locations & Times
We normally pick up from hotels in the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) along Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street), Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami and Port of Miami with a supplement to pay to the driver. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. A supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location. The list of the hotels given by the system is not always accurate. You might see hotels out of our pick up area. Please inquire with the supplier for more details about pick up locations and the possibility of pick up from other areas. When booking the activity, write down your hotel or address where you are actually staying. That will help us know your actual location, and give you the closest pick up point. Wait for the transportation outside the Hotel , by the entrance. Because we pick up from different locations, the collection time depends on how many stops we make and on the locations. We normally have only one departure per day. Pick up time cannot be chosen. The pick up time most of the times could fall between 7:20 to 8:00 am. The supplier will determine the pick up time. We could have a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full. Please contact the supplier for the exact pick up time and location. Only the supplier can give you details about pick up location and time. If someone else other than the supplier provides you with information regarding the pick up location and time, do not consider it as accurate. Normally we give the exact time and pick up location the day before in the afternoon. Please make sure to provide us with the hotel details or address before the 24-hour cancellation deadline so that we can inform the client accordingly. If the client's schedule prevents them from attending the activity, we will give them advance notice to cancel without any charges. In case we don't have this information, we will request it from the client the day before the activity. Please note that this request will be made during the non-refundable cancellation period. It is in the client's best interest to share their hotel information or schedule with us before the cancellation deadline. Otherwise, we will assume that they will be able to participate in the activity. Anyone required to report to one of our designated collection locations must cover the cost of parking, taxi or Uber fares, or any other expenses incurred to arrive at the meeting spot. Our clients must ride in our vehicles. You cannot drive to the park on your own, because the park does not allow our clients to go by themselves if you purchase our activity. Bear in mind we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, change the date for any reason or inquire about anything, you need to do it up to 2 days before the activity. You can inquire about the approximate pick up time and pick up location before the 24-hour cancellation policy , so that you have adequate time to cancel if needed. You are not eligible for a refund within the 24-hour cancellation period, no matter the circumstances (including flight cancellations , delays of anything, illness, change of date, rebooking, mistake on choosing the date, anything we are not responsible for, and so on). Total duration of the tour, most of the times, is 4-5 hours. In some occasions it could be longer, due to unforeseen circumstances. We transport in small groups up to 14 people, using elegant, comfortable, High Roof Black Sprinter Vans ("small group" refers to the transportation only. Once at the park, we cannot control visitor numbers, as the park is open to the public. Airboats typically hold about 24 passengers). The activities at the park are always in English. The driver on the way to the park will illustrate in their language, other than English, the facts about the everglades and assist them at the park. The commentaries in the vehicle might be multilingual. Depending on the day, they could be done in multiple languages.

- Time spent at the park is about 2-2 1/2 hours.
- You might need earplugs for the noise of the Airboat. They are not provided. You can purchase them at the park store.
- You might need sunscreen and rarely insect repellent.
- We might have only one infant seat available.

Had a great time with my girlfriend and would highly recommend this experience! The staff are very nice and friendly and not too over crowded. The visit was around 3-4 hours but had a good explanation throughout. Staff are responsive and clear on instructions as to the pick up location and times.

We had a great time, although we would have liked more of the high speed ride. Definitely recommend the 60 minute + ride to see more of the Everglades.

We had a great trip to see the Alligators. Antoine was fantastic - really welcoming, the van picked us up on time and in the agreed location (I was a bit concerned as the meeting point is a hotel that is now closed but there was no need to worry). Van was super comfortable, and Antoine talked to us on the drive to the location about what we were going to see - we learnt a lot about alligators on the drive! Boat ride itself was great, we had plenty of time on the water (Antoine chose the location to make sure his tour groups got as much time on the water as possible) and saw 4 alligators, loads of birds and a turtle just chilling on a rock. It was a great way to spend a morning. Totally doable trip from Miami - we left around 8am and were back for about 12.30 so had more time to explore the city in the afternoon. Antonio even had croissants waiting for his when we got off the boat. He was a brilliant host - nothing was too much trouble. His football chat was pretty good too - it had been the Champions league the night before - for anyone who is in Miami for the World Cup!

This was great overall. Late 40s dad and 3 kids 16-21. Antoine was great as the driver and tour guide. It was a full van so us 4 in the back of the van was a little tight. The airboat was nice. We saw 5 alligators, birds, fish, turtles. Only negative was the boat was a little wide so people in the center couldn't see quite as well and air flow was greatly reduced for them by the windshield. Nice to be covered from the sun, though. The alligator show was ok.

I absolutely loved this activity! Antoine handled our transportation. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. After chatting with him, he obviously had a lot of pride in his business and it shows in his customer service. When we got to the Everglades, our airboat captain (Captain Chaos) had been there for 18 years and was the top captain. Before we pulled off, his granddaughter (also a captain) as well as another stopped by to chat. They gave each other a hard time just like family does and it was so great to see the dynamic between them all. Captain Chaos showed us all the great spots to see the gators and we saw 5! After the airboat ride, the educational show was put on by one of the Gator Boys. You could tell he loves what he does (it’s all volunteer-based so he must!) I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to visit the Everglades.
