When we got to the airboat experience, there were so many people that our driver said he had no idea when our boat ride would be, but thought we might be waiting over an hour before we would get our ride. We got off the bus and there wasn't enough seating for all the people waiting. We waited for an hour and they told us we would see the animal show first. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes before the show started. We had no idea if we had time to look at the animals after the show was over so we decided we needed to go in case we got called to take the airboat ride. Good thing we left when we did because it was our turn to go on the ride. Didn't have time to even go to the bathroom after the ride was over or get a drink. I knew a Sunday would be a popular day but never expected to have the crowds we did. Armondo the bus driver did the best that he could do, but some of his instructions were not clear. I had thought that we would have a specific time for the tour group but I was very wrong.
Hi there: Thank you for you valuable feedback. We are glad you enjoyed our tour guide. We highly recommend visiting the Everglades during the week when less cruise passengers visit the Glades. Best regards, Vincent
Our tour bus driver did an EXCEPTIONAL job…when we found out (the morning of our tour) that we the schedule changed by 1 hr 15 minutes..it was something we planned for some time (paid $150) and didn’t know if we were going to get on the tour..I made 3 phone calls (booking.con..TripAdvisor..the hotel where we were to meet the bus)..no body answered..vague messages..then our tour bus driver called to find out where we were..long story..he waited for us ..it was so stressful..lotsa traffic (nobodies fault)..arrived at our tour..so dirty and unorganized…the show was LAME…the AirBoat was mediocre..the guide was good..but again..such a dirty dated place..bathroom was disgusting…o would NEVER recommend this tour to anyone I liked
Dear Ms. Ivy Speck: Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, we are so sorry you didn't enjoy the Everglades eco-system. Best regards, Vincent
We got stuck in traffic & our drive waited for us. Fun alligator presentation but the best part was the air boost ride.
Hi there: Thanks for your awesome feedback, we are glad you enjoyed the Alligator Spotting Tour with us. Best regards, Vincent
This company may as well nail down some seats in the back of a panel van. The bus was awful~ all of the windows were covered by vinyl wrap and so one couldn’t see outside. Everglades park itself felt overcrowded and chaotic. The airboats are too loud~ it’s a wonder the alligators aren’t all deaf from the noise.
Hello Londa, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the bus visibility and the crowd levels impacted your enjoyment of the tour. We understand how important the views are, and we're constantly evaluating our fleet to improve the guest experience. For a much more serene and personal experience, we highly recommend visiting us during the off-peak season. The park is significantly quieter, and the atmosphere is far more relaxed. We hope you might give us another chance during a calmer time of year to show you the true beauty of the Everglades. Best regards, Vincent
I visited the Everglades in August, and while there weren’t a ton of crocodiles out because of the season, we still managed to spot a few — which was exciting to see up close. The experience itself was a nice break from Miami Beach and gave us a totally different side of Florida. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the trip even better. Overall, it was a good experience and worth doing if you want something unique to add to your Miami itinerary.
Hi there: We're thrilled you enjoyed the unique experience and that spotting the gators was an exciting highlight. It's wonderful to hear that the trip provided a refreshing change of pace from the city and offered a different perspective on Florida. We pride ourselves on having knowledgeable and friendly guides, so your kind words about our team are greatly appreciated. We hope to welcome you back again for another unique adventure! Best regards, Vincent
It was a good tour. Very hot in late August, but we wanted to see alligators in the Everglades, and we did! Would recommend.
Hi Walter: Thanks for your awesome review, we are glad you enjoyed our Gator Spotting Boat Tour of the Everglades. Best regards, Vincent
They were an hour late picking us up from the secluded meeting location. Once we arrived to the airboat and everglades tour that was amazing. We saw alligators, birds, and turtles. The Gator show after was so cute. The ride back he took us on a unwanted unnotified 45 minute scenic tour of Miami. That we were not excepting. He did not tell us just drove all of Miami before bringing us back to the meeting point. So what should have been a 4 hour tour start to finish was 7 hour tour start to finish. The airboat and gator show was worth it. The bus ride there and back was terrible.
Hello Morgan: Thanks so much for your positive feedback about your Everglades tour, we are glad you enjoyed the Everglades tour and the Gators. Our sincere apologies for the traffic related delay, we highly recommend our morning tour when traffic is usually a non issue in Miami. Best regards, Vincent
Great excursion friendly driver, great captain of boat. We saw lots of alligators and more wildlife. Short show though.
Hi there: Thanks for your awesome review, we are glad you enjoyed the Everglades Experience ! Best regards, Vincent
We visited the Everlglades Water Park by bus led by German. We were impressed by the beauty of the fauna and alligators seen in their natural habitat. The experience with the water slide was exciting recommended for those Staying in Miami vile to have such an experience
Hi there: Grazie mille for your fantastic review, we are glad you enjoyed our Everglades tour. Best regards, Vincent
I booked this Everglades tour in Miami before my cruise departure, expecting a fun and stress-free excursion. What I got instead was one of the most frightening and bizarre experiences of my life. Our tour operator, Mario, showed up in an old, run-down bus that was literally leaking water from the ceiling and windows. It was uncomfortable, damp, and felt completely unsafe. But the worst part came after the tour. Mario was supposed to drop me off at a designated location where I had planned to catch a ride to the cruise terminal. Instead, he insisted on personally taking me to the terminal. I politely declined and said I’d just get an Uber, but he wouldn’t take no for an answer. That’s when things took a turn. As we got closer to the terminal, Mario kept driving right past it, rambling about how the cruise would wait for me. Meanwhile, I had my own GPS running and watched in horror as the distance to the terminal went from 20 minutes… to 40. I begged him to stop the bus and let me out, but he wouldn’t. At that point, I was genuinely scared for my safety — it felt like I was being kidnapped or that something seriously sketchy was going on. Finally, I yelled at him to stop and jumped off the bus in the middle of the street during a full-on storm. Soaking wet and panicking, I had to spend $175 on an emergency Uber to get to the cruise terminal — and I made it with literally TWO minutes to spare. This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was terrifying and completely inappropriate. I wouldn’t recommend this tour or Mario to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the fear, and the risk. Book elsewhere.
Dear Ms. Kiesha Cousin: (BR-1242272367) Thank you for your feedback and previous message stating that you mistakenly booked this tour on the same day as your cruise not allowing enough time for both. We show your confirmed and requested tour pick-up and drop off point to be nowhere near the port. We are sorry you appear to have selected the incorrect meeting point at the time of your booking. Please note that we do not offer a tour to or from Miami's cruise port at all. Florida is located in the tropics, sudden rain showers are possible at any time. We are not responsible if you fail to protect your phone from the local climate or decide to get off the tour midway. Sincerely, Vincent
