Upon arrival at Everglades Park, visitors will embark on an exciting adventure through Florida’s unique ecosystem. They’ll begin with a thrilling 40-minute airboat tour, gliding across the waters as they observe the park's diverse wildlife, including alligators in their natural habitat. The airboat ride offers close encounters with nature, highlighting the beauty of this vast wetland. After the airboat tour, guests will enjoy an engaging alligator show, where they'll learn fascinating facts about these creatures and the importance of conservation in the Everglades. There's also a chance to snap a memorable photo at the park to capture the experience. Following about two hours of exploration and immersion in the Everglades' ecosystem, guests will return to Miami, where they’ll be dropped off at the original meeting point. This adventure promises a memorable journey into the heart of Florida's wild beauty.

Pickup Locations & Times
We offer pickup service exclusively along Collins Avenue in the South Beach and Mid Beach areas of Miami Beach. Please note that we do not provide pickup outside of these specific zones. If your hotel is located in South Beach or Mid Beach but is not directly on Collins Avenue, we will arrange the nearest convenient meeting point for your pickup. To receive the exact pickup time, please give us a call to confirm your pickup details. We will also send you a confirmation text 24 hours in advance to reconfirm your booking information. Please make sure to be at your designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to avoid any delays.

The trip to Everglades National Park was overall good and the transportation was well organized. During the airboat ride, a large area of wetland has been seen, which is quite attractive. The environment and conservation information in the guide was also instructive. However, I expected to see more wildlife, but the presence of animals on that day was relatively low. Also, the airboat ride would have been a little longer. Nevertheless, it is an enjoyable tour for those interested in learning about nature and the environment.

Book directly with the provider. The pickup options trip advisor gave were incorrect we had to drive ourselves. Guide was ok alligator show was excellent. Trip advisor did not respond to texts on app, we tried to verify pickup location several times with trip advisor no response. Sunny Miami tours was the service they were kind a gracious and waited for us.

Unfortunately, when reservations are made through third-party platforms, the pickup details displayed are sometimes not updated correctly, which can lead to misunderstandings. Unlucky in spotting crocodiles and even seeing few birds in the area. The food offer is lacking. It is equally worth it.

The bus had no window sight. It was covered with advertisements. The tour guide did not describe anything and did not accompany us inside the place. He basically drove us and wanted tips.

Our vehicles are sometimes wrapped for promotional purposes, but visibility is still designed to allow guests to enjoy the route. Regarding the guide, commentary is provided throughout the drive, and in most stops guests are given time to explore independently, as guides are not always able to accompany groups inside every location. We also want to clarify that tips are never required or expected, and are always entirely at the discretion of our guests. It was such a shame that a decent excursion was ruined by poor organisation. We arrived at designated location 15mins before pick up time as were told not to arrive late. Pick up arrived 30 mins late. We then got on bus to discover there were not enough seats for the pre paid customers. One guy had to go on the trunk from Miami Beach to the Everglades ? Surely not legal). Arrived at the Everglades park where disembarked bus. No-one had a clue where to go, no instructions from driver. The actual trip on the water was great but proceedings to & from the park wax really chaotic with no communication whatsoever which spoilt was should have been a great day.

Says schedule for airboats was at 10, didn’t get on an airboat until 2:00. Was not what we expected.
Very long wait times and limited options with shade. The show was not good. Poor jokes for a family environment. Very little information on alligators and very little interaction with them by presenter. Airboat was fun but only up and down the canal. We did see a lot of alligators though. Boat captain was good. Ride from Miami was long - can’t be helped. Just felt very poorly organized. For a prepaid tour we stood around in the sun for a long time. Bathrooms were dirty.

Hovercraft tour really great!the pilot approached us as close as possible to the alligators. On the other hand, we did not enjoy the show at all.
