Great experience for the $$$. Larger boat than expected but we sat at the front. Great quick tour for those that want a drive by of the river view
The cruise was lovely, perfect night to be on the Seine. The issue was you, Tripadvisor, as according to the boat company, your bookings often do not show up or have correct QR codes. So, I went from being fifth in line to get on… to the last one on the boat because your QR code would not scan. Company was kind and worked to straighten it out. They said this is a frequent issue. I ended up being the last one on the boat. Yay boat company, Bateaux Parisiens, and boo to you Tripadvisor.
Reduced tour nothing fancy made it to the Eiffel Tower and back back
Great tour, lovely champagne and Madeline’s to accompany the champagne. Lovely way to see Paris. Only thing is better directions to where to find the boat would be better.
I received conflicting messaging as to whether the cruise was canceled One email did say all cruises from the 9th- 14th were canceled but my cruise was on the 8th Also got a reminder on the 7th for my upcoming cruise via im Got to the meetup point 15 min early but no boat no people no cruise I will say that customer service was very prompt issuing a refund once they understood what had happened FYI all other experiences with Viator have been excellent
The boat didn’t arrive at the location in the instructions! There was a sign but no boat and no notice from the company. Do not book
Horrible. Showed up to find out it was cancelled due to an “issue with the boat” without any notice or email. Contacted trip advisor for a refund and haven’t heard anything back. The next day we saw the same boat they said was broken on the water doing tours. Will never be using trip advisor again.
The views were amazing we took some good photos champagne was good but no refills! We went blessed with good weather but if you were in sure this cruise would be a 5/5!
Very nice cruise and excellent champagne served. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to others looking for a great way to spend an hour in Paris
Really enjoyed seeing the sights of Paris at sunset. Boarding was quick and efficient. The champagne and biscuit were both delicious additions to the ride. The commentary was overall interesting and helpful. The 1 hour cruise was just about the right length, and the smaller size of the ship made it more intimate and friendly feeling. The departure from near Notre Dame is perfect.
