Etna Excursion 4X4 Jeep Tour in the morning - Live an adventure!

This trip is a lot of fun with an energetic guide, but a good portion of it is on 4x4 roads that are super bumpy, particularly if you are in the back of the Landrover where 4 of the 8 people sit during the trip. We rotated through those seats and the forward-facing seats, but if you aren't prepared for a bumpy ride or get motion sickness easily, you probably would prefer a tour that stays on the paved roads.

Fabrizio introduced us to the Etna, it's geology, history, flora and fauna. His enthousiasm, knowledge and love for the Montagna made it into an unforgettable tour! A bumpy but great landrover ride, and also a visit to a lava tube. Would recommend!

We were two families with three children and immediately we were welcomed with great professionalism, enthusiasm and attention. The guide was very prepared, but above all she managed to convey an authentic passion for Etna, involving even the youngest with fascinating stories and incredible curiosities. The 4x4 tour is exciting and perfectly organized: suggestive routes through lunar landscapes, lava flows and breathtaking views that change continuously. We always felt safe, but at the same time immersed in a real adventure. One of the best moments was entering the most hidden places of the volcano, away from the most crowded tourist routes, experiencing Etna in an authentic and privileged way. Impeccable organization, comfortable means and attention to detail that really make a difference. It is an experience that combines adrenaline, nature and discovery, perfect also for families with children. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience Etna in a unique and unforgettable way. One of the best experiences of our trip!

Good tour nice mix of driving and walking around. Was fun going down into the lava cave. Fabricio was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also enjoyed having lunch and wine at the eco farm where we meet and concluded the tour! Would recommend!

Fun for all ages, my group had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 6, 8, & 10). Fabrizio was our guide and had the right mix of story telling and education. We learned about the horticulture of Mt Etna, the history of her eruptions and lava tubes (the highlight for the kids was to wear helmuts and headlamps and go in the lava tubes).

Really enjoyed our excursion with Fabrizio. He was extremely knowledgeable and we learnt so much from him. The 6 of us really enjoyed the whole morning, we went into a lava tube with helmets and torches and then up to 2000m to walk around craters. The journey through tracks in the Land Rover was fun in itself. Would 100% recommend.

We took part in a tour of Mount Etna with our guide Enea and it was a very interesting and instructive experience for the whole family. Enea has a great knowledge of the science, geography and history of the volcano and has made the tour engaging for our 9 and 14 year old children as well. The itinerary was suitable for everyone, not too demanding, so perfect even for our youngest girl. We visited a side crater, explored a volcanic cave and reached a viewpoint that unfortunately, due to fog, did not allow us to see the valley below. Despite this, the day was pleasant and well organized. Enea was helpful and also gave us many useful tips for visiting Catania. The tour ended in a shop with a farm at the foot of Mount Etna, easy to reach, where we found a wide variety of handmade products: honey, chocolate, jams and liqueurs really special and delicious!

The Tour with Fabrizio was great! He's very passionate about Etna and Sicily and explained everything amazingly well! We not only learned about the volcano itself but also some interesting facts about the area and Sicily. Fabrizio picked us up in his big Range Rover which is more than capable to take you up and down the mountian! Trekking Shoes and Jackets can be borrowed from Fabrizio if needed. It gets a bit chilly on the top! I would highly recommend to book this tour. We had a great time and Fabrizio is an all around great guy! 5/5
