A very good informative tour that you can do at your own pace
Perfect tour. Very informative with good humour
Would highly recommend this tour. We had a fab time doing this with our two dogs. It really made a wet gloomy day so much more fun. Super easy to set up and follow.
Listen and Enjoy! Loved it! It was great to stop and start when I wanted. I veered off the tour for a bit to look at something else along the way and then simply took up where I left off! Lots of great information I shared with locals who are keen to do the tour! Excellent way to begin a visit to Whitby! This would be great for all the small townships around Whitby!
Very interesting tour of the town with lots of quirky historical stories and information provided. Guide is very passionate about the town which showed in the level of detail. Highly recommended.
Excellent self guided tour. So easy to set up and use, brilliant that it can be paused along the way. Very interesting information that appealed to us and our teenagers. Good value for money.
We came in to Whitby on the Middlesborough train joining at Castleton Moor at around 11.00. We left Whitby at 16.00 for the return. It was charming and scenic. This line is a lot cheaper than from Pickering, except without any steam engines.
Only went for the day this time had a fabulous lunch at Marine the sea food platter excellent. Whitby is a charming sea side town with many good shops and bars.
First time to use this type of app and found it very easy to use. The narrator was excellent, both informative, light hearted and easy to listen to. The whole package is excellent with the ability to pause and rejoin the tour or to listen to the commentary away from the tour to remind yourself about certain facts or stories. Highly recommended and would use similar tours again.
Great audio tour of Whitby. We liked the way it stopped when we stopped for a beer or cake. The narrator was amusing and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
