We pick up travelers from any specific hotel address in Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus. Please come to Flower Garden Hotel (46 Nguyen Truong To Str., Ba Dinh Dist., Hanoi) if outside. Pick-up time: around 07:35am at Flower Garden Hotel and 07:35-08:20am from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Please provide your pick-up location on booking. Pickup fee will be applied surcharge.

Great experience with excellent service! Giang the boat manager made the experience so special and always went out of her way to make sure we had the best time! She has the friendliest energy and her 20+ years on Émeraude makes her the perfect guide and expert. Giang and the staff make this place so special. We stayed in the Paul Roques suite, which has a nice private balcony at the front of the ship that we recommend with booking as we spent most of our time there. The Émeraude boat has historical roots / you can read the whole history which makes it one of the most special in the bay. Facilities are well maintained given its age.

We had such a wonderful time reliving memories made from the last time we were on the boat. Everything was just as we remember, high quality, perfect service, amazing sights and very relaxing. A beautiful boat - a rebuilt paddle steamer with a long history. The cruise took us around Ha Long bay with landings on Titov Island and Hang Sung Sot. There were opportunities for night squid fishing, and early morning meditation taken by Giang ( I hope I’ve spelt her name correctly) who is essentially the MC and keeps an eye on everything. She worked hard to make sure everything was running well and that all passengers were looked after. There was an excellent massage therapist on board. Dinner and breakfast were buffets with a wide choice of delicious foods available. The cabins were small, with king size beds, clean and comfortable but no one was going to be spending much time in the cabins when sailing through the beauty that is Ha Long Bay.

Beautiful, clean, nice room. Everything you need (brush teeth, water, gel…). Staff was extremely helpful, nice, kind…i really recommend! Food was very good and the trip was wery nice

We went on the Emeraude Premium cruise and were hosted by Minh for 4 days and 3 nights in Ha Long Bay. The experience was awesome and we cannot recommend it enough. The Emeraude Premium boat has loads of character and the room is very comfortable. Being able to see Ha Long Bay as a private charter is a very special experience. Minh always ensured that our activities were private and we were able to tour the pearl farm, caves, and beaches without another sole in sight. On board, every meal was cooked fresh by our Chef and we got to sample local ingredients and fresh seafood from the water. If you are wanting to do a cruise in Ha Long Bay - do yourself a favour and go with Emeraude Premium private charter - it’ll be the best holiday on the water you ever have!
