Ella Private Day Tour with Train Ride and Visit to Nine Arch

Took our money never turned up on the day I had to contact them to get a refund . No apology no explanation belatedly tried to call me 6 hours after they were supposed to pick us up . DONT BOOK with them

Had an amazing time with our guide. Picked us up on time from our hotel. It takes about 4hrs from Bentota so a long drive but worth it. We went on the train then back on foot to the nine arches bridge. Up to Little Adams peak. It was a good trip and one everyone should do whilst in Sri Lanka.

The trip to Sri Lanka was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of this experience was thanks to our guide. He was extremely professional, well-organized, and had an impressive knowledge of the country, its culture, and local traditions. Every place we visited was presented with passion and interesting stories that you won’t find in any guidebook. The guide was always helpful, friendly, and attentive to the needs of the group, which made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire journey. Thanks to him, we were able to see not only the main tourist attractions of Sri Lanka but also authentic, less crowded places that left a lasting impression. The trip was perfectly planned, full of breathtaking views, delicious local food, and unforgettable experiences. I highly recommend this guide to anyone who wants to truly experience Sri Lanka.

I booked a private tour with Sindu based on the reviews. Unfortunately the night before I was informed there would be another passenger. When I queried this I was offered another guide. After my day I would have to say that Armuna is not a guide but a driver - basically he parked at each location and told us to take our time and he would be there when we got back. He never came with us, provided any information on each place or was there to take any photos. Considering we had booked a private tour this was very disappointing. I informed Sindu who was apologetic but it does not allow my Ella experience to be done again. Apart from the driver/guide, it is a great day and the stops are great to see - Unfortunately, i just feel we missed the 'full' experience.

This was mine and my daughter's 1st day trip with Sindu during our stay in Sri Lanka. The day trip to Ella , the train journey, the 9 arches bridge, lunch, waterfalls and entire day and experience exceeded our expectations. Sindu is a thoughtful, experienced, and overall wonderful host. He is also a very talented photographer who captured some very special moments of our day. I highly recommend and wish Sindu every success with his future.

A gentle hike up Little Adam’s Peak gave us incredible views, then we got our adrenaline fix with the Rawana Zipline. We ended the day at the beautiful Rawana Waterfall — the perfect cool-down. Our guide was fantastic — punctual and friendly. He even took some amazing photos of us throughout the day and kindly shared them later via WhatsApp. Plus, the traditional Sri Lankan snacks he provided were a lovely, authentic touch. Sindu was so accommodating for our spontaneous decision to visit Ella from Galle. We were collected in a comfy van from our hotel at 7am and drove up to Ella (a journey of around 3 hours). While there, we rode the train across the Nine Arch Bridge, then rode tuk tuks to a jungle path where we walked the train track back to the bridge. Sindu took so many lovely photos for us and knew all the best vantage points! We then jumped back into our tuk tuks and went to Little Adam’s Peak for a hike to see the magnificent view! After working up an appetite, Sindu took us to Chill Cafe in Ella where we had a relaxed lunch before stopping at Rawana Falls on the way home to check it out. We had an incredible day and would be happy to recommend Sindu for anyone looking for a similar experience! We had an EPIC day!

Booked a tour from Bentota to Ella with Sindu tours and it was a perfect way to explore this side of Srilanka. Given that we were in Srilanka for only 3 days, the trip itinerary allowed us to do most of the highlights of Srilanka in a day. We got to see a waterfall, take a train ride, visit tea plantations, stop at the infamous nine arch bridge and even hike up to little adams peak with breathtaking views. Our tour guide was Mr. Sindu himself who arrived early morning at our resort to pick us up and was patient and helpful throughout the trip. He even pulled out his personal drone to make an aerial video of our family at one of the stops. Would highly recommend Sindu tours if you are looking to explore the beauty of Srilanka.

Whilst staying at Ceysands Resorts in Bentota , we decided to book a day trip with Sinhu Tours, Our day trip, driver and guide were fantastic/ Vimu took us to Ella, visiting the beautiful 98 acres resort & Spa, just unbelievable scenery and location, then onto 9 Arch Bridge including a train journey across the famous bridge From picking us up ay our hotel, Vimu looked after us throughout the day, ensuring our comfort and expectations were met. We were very happy with Vimu's hospitality and definitely his drivers excellent professional driving, ensuring our comfort was his main priority whilst driving.
