** Proceed to UMBRELLA pickup area to meet your Chauffeur. 1. Meeting Point: After Going through Customs, Collecting your luggage, clearing the Agriculture Check and are outside of the airport please proceed STRAIGHT FORWARD to the umbrella pickup area. **IMPORTANT NOTE: For up to 6 travelers you will be meeting at UMBRELLA #10. However for larger groups of 7+ travelers you will be meeting at UMBRELLAS #3 and #4. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO MEET YOUR CHAUFFEUR) Your Chauffeur will have the lead travelers name on a Paper or an iPad (Important NOTE): After clearing Agriculture Check Point, and before you make it out of the airport you will proceed through a set of glass doors. Within this corridor there will be TIMESHARE and other SALES PEOPLE. You are NOT obligated to stop unless you would like information regarding timeshares. 2. Identification: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you there. You will recognize him by the sign or Ipad he will be holding, which will have your name along with the Baja Sur VIP company information clearly displayed. This makes it easy for you to spot your designated driver.

It was a real nightmare with delayed flights for 21 people, but Michael and Pablo worked with us to ensure we were all transported to the Riu Palace. Great service!

There was a mixup on there end. I was supposed to be picked up at the airport on December 6 and taken to hotel with returning airport on December 13. They didn’t show up!!! a nice person at the airport, that doesn’t work for their company, helped me. Now they’re refusing to take me from my hotel on December 13 back to the airport. Person from viator says they don’t have transfers to the airport. Well, of course they do. It even tells me where to meet them and what to do. Very, very poorly run company. It even says on my ticket December 13, my flight number and the time that they pick me up at the hotel. I paid $150 for Transportation from the airport to my hotel and then the hotel to the airport. It’s $75 each way now they’re telling me I only paid for one way I would never pay $150 for one way when other companies are $75-$80.
Hello Linda, I want to start by saying that any negative experience is unfortunate and from all of us here at Baja Sur VIP hope that your next travel adventure experience is better than this one. With that said I have read your 1 star review and just want to clarify a few things for the record. To show other people that may read this review and want to see the TRUTH as to what actually happened here and then they can decide for themselves if in fact my company actually deserves a 1 star. Clearly our reviews on ALL of our ads speak for themselves. 1. All of our services are 1 way tours and it clearly states this in multiple areas with the ad, (Product Descriptions). It is also stated clearly with a "X" in the Exclusion area stating that ROUND TRIP is NOT INCLUDED and the service is a 1 way service, as well as stated DIRECTLY on your TICKET VOUCHER #1319534415 (See Below for product description EXCLUSIONS) and I have also attached your TICKET VOUCHER showing that ROUND TRIP is NOT INCLUDED. What's excluded X Tips / Gratuities are "optional" and certainly appreciated if deserved X Alcohol Age Disclaimer- At Baja Sur VIP we enforce Mexico's drinking age... X COSTCO- $20 additional Charge for Costco Bulk Supply shopping X ROUND TRIP- All Transport for this booking are EACH WAY- 2. The nice gentleman that you referred to within your review “Luis” who heled you on site at the airport is actually 1 of my subcontracted Chauffeurs. He knew we had a service with your name to be picked up at the RESORT- “Solmar Lands End” because he had our manifest for the day, so he called my Head Chauffeur directly. My Head Chauffeur PABLO was waiting at your requested PICKUP location for over an HOUR because your booking was submitted as a DEPARTURE and NOT and ARRIVAL.. Nor did it include any type of ARRIVAL information. Only DEPARTURE information. Which is what 100% happened. I have included your direct messages to me for everyone to see the truth. I messaged you and showed you that your booking was a DEPARTURE and I specifically asked you if “you were charged” for the transport to your resort. As a vendor we assume the person booking knows how to read and will take a few quick minutes to read what’s included or excluded for their booking at the bare minimum. Unfortunately, we only can assume and hope for the best. In this situation it did not happen from your end, and it is unfortunate. I truly hope that you had a good vacation and didn’t try to take advantage of anyone else while you were on vacation in another country because KARMA is real. I hope you have a blessed day.. Incredible service from Mike and his brother! On time, easy to find their van and so kind. He put together a slideshow of photos from our vacation (he asked my mother for photos to make a surprise birthday slideshow for my sister) along with a cooler full of waters, beers, cupcakes and cake pops. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about every question we had to ask. We will definitely be using them again!

Pablo, our driver, was extremely personable and friendly. Excellent English, comfortable car, and alcohol offered during our drive. Went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and offered to assist us and message him with future needs during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Baja Sur VIP was absolutely amazing! We used the service for our whole weekend with numerous to and from trips to the airport, restaurants and excursions!
