We had the most amazing experience with our absolutely incredible and talented guide, Ana B., ever. She not only introduced us to the history of the tower itself, but also let us know the history of the whole city. These two hours flew by because of how fluently the conversation went and how friendly, respectful and welcoming Ana was. When I come to Paris next time, we’d definitely want to get a tour by her as well. Thanks a lot to City Wonders!
We had Ana as our guide. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower. We really enjoyed our tour! Don’t skip the summit! Very cool experience.
Our 3 o'clock tour didn't even get us on the elecator to the tower until after 4:30 which made it impossible for us to enjoy the sights from the 2nd platform, descend the elevator, walk out of the tower park area, cross a busy street and descend to the pier for the optional Seine boat ride by 5:15 departure. My wife and I are in our 70's and walk with vmcanes, but even able bodied persons would have had difficulty making that happen. The elevator delays alone made it problematic. For anyone booking a 4 pm time slot, Viator should caution that participants should take the 2 pm Seine River cruise departure to ensure being able to enjoy both bookings. Also the instructions of the address of the meetup was an apartment building, instead of around the corner on an open street. (Instructions detailed a Viator booth which didn't exist)

Worst ever operator.We booked Eiffel Tower Top with them and we reached almost 10 minutes before the departure and we can’t find any office nor any guide.We immediately rushed to Eiffel Tower entrance almost 50 meters hoping to find someone with some name of tour operator.No one.We convinced someone to use their phone to call number in the online tickets.After long waiting,someone came and offered us another slot after two days as it was useless as we had all the booking for remaining journey. Also when we checked summit tickets at official place below the tower,it’s almost half of what this Travel Misadvisor are offering with this local travel agency. Please avoid them

Our guide with the 4:30 tower tour, Dee, was excellent. Fun, informative and engaging. Our disappointment came when we went to get the tickets for the river cruise only to find out that boat was full and we’d have to wait an hour for the next cruise. We’d been up all night flying and chose not to wait.
