Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets. Enjoy access to the 1st and 2nd floor by elevator. Marvel at spectacular views of Paris. Meet with your host first at the meeting location, in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café located at 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Exchange your vouchers to your Eiffel Tower entry tickets and from there join your host as they accompany you until the 2nd floor of the tower.

- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
- There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

- Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

Unfortunately due to the heat we were unable to access the summit as the lift mechanism is old and not coping with the extremely hot Parisian summer. It also took an hour to get to up to the second floor. It was only one part of the lift could be used for the first section reducing the number of those gaining access. This meant we missed the opportunity for clear photos of the city. The view and tower are spectacular, particularly when lit up at night. The flashing lights are at 10 and 11pm for approximately 5 minutes when we visited. Our guide Sabrina, who met us and took us into the tower was very knowledgeable. The meeting place for the tour is outside the restaurant on the corner.
Ismael was very nice and the wait times were also acceptable. It can definitely be recommended if you can no longer get original tickets.

I paid €260 for 4 people, while the ticket the guide gave us on-site was for €94. A €166 difference for agency fees, I think it's a rip-off. I will not recommend your agency to our friends or acquaintances.

It was great. Unfortunately, we got lost and arrived later, but luckily they still waited, and so we were able to spend a beautiful day at and on the Eiffel Tower.

Very informative guide (Dinesh sp?), and he did well controlling rude attendees. It was also not his fault that due the 90+ temperature the Summit was closed as our tour arrived at the Eiffel Tower. However, Viator’s advisement to not arrive late or you would miss the tour is/was false. We arrived 45 minutes early for the 4:30 PM tour to comply Viator’s warning, however the tour commenced 10-15 minutes late. The delay was due our guide waiting for a family to complete its lunch at the Cafe behind the meeting point and to process other late arriving customers.

Regarding the meeting time, we would like to clarify that we schedule the meeting approximately 30 minutes before the Eiffel Tower entry time to ensure a smooth check-in process and guarantee timely entry for all guests. Although there was a short operational delay on this occasion, we always recommend arriving at the designated meeting time, as the group departs together and late arrivals may miss the experience.
