Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets. Enjoy access to the 1st and 2nd floor by elevator. Marvel at spectacular views of Paris. Meet with your host first at the meeting location, in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café located at 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Exchange your vouchers to your Eiffel Tower entry tickets and from there join your host as they accompany you until the 2nd floor of the tower.

- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
- There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

There is no direct access like they advertise. We had to wait in line for two hot hours before we got to summit. Not worth the money.
Viator made the Eiffel Tower experience incredibly easy. The instructions were clear, and the entire process was convenient from start to finish. I originally was lost on my way there and I called and they were able to get me to the location right on time which made visiting one of Paris's most iconic landmarks stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple, reliable, and hassle-free booking experience.
MUST MEET BLOCKS AWAY TO RECEIVE PAPER TICKETS YOUR TICKET IS ACTUALLY 30 minutes later than they advertise here because they want you to meet 3 blocks away and walk with their group and stand in bigger lines
It was terrible. I should be reimbursed. No one would help me get to the destination. The host would not cooperate in meeting me at the Effel Tower since I was already there. I had tickets go to the Summit and was already on the second floor but no one would help me get to the correct elevator to get to the Summit. Plus there were riots going on just outside of the Effel Tower. We are seniors and I felt unsafe in leaving the Effel Tower and going several blocks away to meet the host.
Our guide, Dinesh, was very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower and went out of his way to make sure he answered questions and engaged with everyone in the group. Because he escorted us through the security checkpoints, it seemed like we were able to get into the Eiffel Tower much faster than people in the regular ticketed/non-ticketed lines. We had a delightful visit and Dinesh went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our tour, including taking beautiful pictures of our family.
Follow the instructions perfectly and you wont be disappointed. The meetup timing was just right, the tour guide was efficient an informative and helpful.
This is a real bucket list item. Views were impressive, staff was helpful, and the history of the Eiffel Tower was very interesting.
Dinesh was our guide and we enjoyed him. He was funny and informative. The tour is not long, but was helpful in understanding what we should do and learning a bit if history along the way. If it’s your first visit, like ours, I recommend!
Long lines, crowded, very hot and not recommended for summit, the views are not as great as second floor
We did not get to experience. We traveled from Disneyland Paris. My son has ulcerative colitis and was not able to get his body regulated. We had to stop. Traffic was horrible and we did not make it. I communicated with the the group and we tried to get through security that did communicate back and tried to give us alternative locations to meet but we were not able to make it and were late and we were not shows.
