Choose an entry time when booking, then meet your host 15 minutes ahead of time at the designated meeting spot and make the short walk over to the Eiffel Tower together. Follow your host onto the priority access elevator. Zip up to the second level, where you can get excellent photo ops and panoramic views of Paris from 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Listen to a brief orientation, then you're on your own to wander and take in the sights as you please. Views include the Champ de Mars, Sacré Coeur, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre's iconic pyramid-shaped building. Please note: Summit access is not included on this tour. You are not able to purchase a ticket on the second level to head up on your own.

- The meeting point is NOT the Eiffel Tower it is our office. There is no alternate meeting point possible
- Latecomers will not be granted entry to the tower or any from of refund even partial.
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers
- Luggage cannot be kept at the office; you will be denied entry to the tower without refund if you arrive with luggage.
- Items not allowed in the tower include: oversized luggage or bags, climbing or jumping gear (especially bungee jumping and parachutes), publicity materials of any kind, child buggies/strollers that are not foldable, animals, except those required by disabled visitors, glass bottles, drink cans, excessive amount of food or drink
- Drinks and knives are not allowed at the Eiffel Tower. Security will ask you to dispose of these
- Infants aged 0-3 years old must buy a standard adult ticket to participate in this activity
- Tickets cannot be picked up in advance
- Not recommended for persons with walking disabilities

I was unable to go on the tour due to a family emergency yet I got charged full cost even though I explained the issue to the tour agency, and they still could not accommodate a date change for me! I thought that was very weak customer service! I didn’t ask for a refund just a change of date and you said NO! Pretty sad for such an iconic monument for a couple from another country! Very bad taste in our mouth to come back to your city and country honestly You could have done much better under the circumstances.
Trop was good. Valid for the money - not. Ticks were about 40€ but we paid close to 100€ to guarantee a spot at a specific time. More money for guaranteed ascent to the top floor fir a given day. Having more time and more options. Would suggest picking the ticks up yourself. The guide was good.

It was a beautiful view but be prepared to be on your feet as soon as you arrive at the tour company’s office. There is no seating while waiting and while being assigned to a group. Everything was handled on the sidewalk. Overall the tour was fine, but I think overpriced for the limited time with the guide.

This was a disastrous trip. 1. The directions given by the viator We’re very unclear, as to where to meet and whom to meet. After two hours of making phone calls we were told a third company “Uncle Sam” will be the one to provide guide. From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm lost. 2. Ladies in our group asked to see if there would be opportunity once inside to use restroom? They were assured there will be sufficient time. Only there was not enough time due to very long lines. Nd when we got back to the line to join our group the Eiffel Tower police did not allow us to join our group and made us stand in the line. We were told by the Uncle Sam tour coordinator that when we get to the ticket window he will provide us our tickets. By the time we got to the ticket window, the officials informed us that we will have to purchase our tickets and the elevator tickets to the top (which we had paid to Viator) were no longer available. The tour guide abandoned us and left. I traveled from Houston, Texas with my wife to Paris, France and my brother in law and his wife joined us to tour the Eiffel Tower and spend thousands on airline tickets and hotel accommodations only to be disappointed because of a pathetic experience from a substandard service provided by subsidiary of Trip Advisor who then farmed out our confidence to substandard company “Uncle Sam” I am a physician and it is difficult to arrange for a trip to begin with and place your trust in a reputable company to get disappointed. If you have any dignity, then remedy this situation.

Booked tour was cancelled , only part refund as tour only to second floor eifel not the top due to weather . i feel should of had option take part tour as what offered or full refund as was company that cancelled not us .

Please note that access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to weather conditions and operational decisions made by the Eiffel Tower management itself for safety reasons. When the summit is closed, we are unfortunately required to adapt the visit accordingly, and access may be limited to the second floor only. In such cases, pricing is adjusted based on the services actually provided, which is why a partial refund was issued. We understand this may be frustrating, but these decisions are outside of our control. Very easy to locate. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. They were super friendly. We did the Summit level and although it was raining, the view was incredible
