Clement is great. Tour start time is 30 mins before ticket time for the Eiffel Tower. Clement goes over great history and details of the Eiffel. Still need to line up for the elevators. So plan time - at least 2 hrs for summit and 2nd floor.

I recommend it, it was perfect!
We paid the sum of 423 euros for 3 adults and one child for the visit up to the summit. Access to the summit was canceled without the guide being able to give us a reason; this had never happened to him before. Way too much money for the little information and the wait in line to arrive only at the second floor. Again a long wait for the elevator to the summit and suddenly the cancellation of access to the summit.
