River cruise was very nice. Got to see different parts of Paris and the guide provided many interesting facts. Dinner with Madame Brasserie Restaurant was more 3 stars. Given 3 main entree’s that truth be told were not all that appealing. I guess you are paying to eat on the biggest draw in Paris.

We’ve used Viator many times, but unfortunately this was by far our worst experience. The instructions for meeting our guide were very poor. We were told to look for someone in a green hat waving a flag, but the “flag” turned out to be just a card and the hat was not green, but a faded pastel color. Because of the confusion, we lost valuable time and had only a limited opportunity to tour the base of the Eiffel Tower. On the positive side, our guide was very pleasant, and the dinner cruise afterward was quite enjoyable.

Customer service is terrible. Book a dinner cruise on the Seine for 5:pm Pedro called and changed it to 7pm I said okay He followed up with an email but the voucher still says 5 pm tried to reach them but they’re closed Do I go at 5 or 7 Terrible terrible experience for over $600

We also communicated clearly on several occasions that we were unable to issue a revised voucher, but your cruise tickets reflected the exact time and were sent to you prior to the tour. To avoid any confusion, we made every effort to communicate the full itinerary before and during your tour date. Additionally, our communication channels remained open throughout, and we were available to assist with any questions or concerns. We're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

The boat and lunch were lovely, however we waited an hour for our guide who never showed. Not so coincidentally, we were given tickets earlier in the morning on the “off chance” we couldn’t meet up. Very shady. After calling the vendor Tour Meets World and getting connected, the woman assured me she would give our guide my phone number since “he was there waiting” in the exact spot we were. Should come as no surprise, but we never received the phone call from our guide. We made the decision to leave our meet up spot and go directly to the river cruise. Although everyone was cold & cranky, the boat was very nice. Be wary of this company!

We later received an email from you confirming that you had chosen to proceed with the cruise independently and was not responsive to our calls anymore. While we regret that a connection could not be made on the day, we want to assure you—and future guests—that our team was actively engaged in trying to assist and that the guide was present and attempting to locate you throughout the scheduled meet-up time.
Amazing views, food and service. The food was unexpectedly delicious and very nicely plated. The wine kept on flowing; friendly and attentive service.

Ife was a great tour guide and helped us get to where we needed to go. He also knew a lot about the history of the Eiffel Tower which was super interesting.
