We had a great time with Mena who took us through with no stress. She gave us a great talk. It was a 10am tour. We got through the wait fairly quickly, the wait for the second elevator to the very top was about 40 minutes, Mena told us this and waited with us. Very easy. I'm so glad we did it, we spent 3-4 hours in total
