This was not a tour rather an escort to the elevators. I was expecting learning a bit more about the Eiffel Tower’s story etc..from the tour guide. He was not a tour guide, just an escort. Also, the people at the check in at Paris Lounge were very rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a bathroom for my son, they said they didn’t have one and they didn’t know where we could find one. I would think that a tour company would’ve been more kind and helpful to us tourists. We enjoyed the Eiffel tower but the “tour” was not a tour.
We were welcomed in a very organized and friendly manner by our tour guide. He explained everything to us very well and did so in a truly very pleasant manner. We chose the tour with the elevator, since we were in Paris this year in 96.8-degree heat. Overall, a big compliment to the organization, especially the tour guide and the tour itself!
When you reach the sommet of the Eifel tower it feels like you are on the top of the world. The good thing of booking the tickets via Viator is the priority you have bij raching The tower.

Meyu was very knowledgeable and friendly! She shares lots of history on the Eiffel Tower and was able to answer the questions people asked. I enjoyed the face that she stayed with us to the second level then we were left on our own to go to summit. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted at the top.
Excellent experience, very exciting, even if the guide did not speak a word of Italian, he illustrated the history of the Eiffel Tower well in English. The charm of the view over the city from the second level leaves you speechless.

Unfortunately we did not get to the event on time as there was the Tour de France on and they blocked all the roads. We knew there was no cancellation refund but it would have been nice to know that all the roads were closed off making it super difficult to make it. If you are doing this just make sure to look into anything going on as they don't inform you.
