It enjoyed touring the Eiffel tower and learning the rich history of the monument and the surrounding areas. It was great to be able to see major buildings in Paris from the tower.

Absolutely shocking experience paid £174 and it was not made clear to us that we had to collect the tickets from some office in Paris, not the Eiffel Tower itself. So we traveled across the city, got there in good time, queued the security line and got inside. Having never been before we asked a member of staff and she explained that the “tickets” we were emailed were not tickets but merely vouchers to be exchanged at a separate agency somewhere else. So we exited the tower, walked some distance and located the office only to be told because we were now late we had missed our window. I contacted tripadvisor to explain it had not been made clear at the time of booking that we would not be emailed actual tickets. They refused any act of goodwill. I requested a further review given the circumstances and cost and again they refused any reimbursement or act of good will. I will NEVER use tripadvisor again and advise my friends and family to avoid them also. Shocking customer care.
We had a wonderful experience on our Eiffel Tower tour. The guide was very punctual, everything was exactly as described, and the tour went smoothly from start to finish. We were with our kids (3 & 4), and everyone had a great time.
Abbie provided great information on the tower. Awesome to have fun photos which she showed us where to do.
After waiting around for our tour time, our guide met us, talked for 5 minutes, led us to the tower, and let us go. We could have used our ticket and gone in on our own. Tour timing was also deceptive where it listed the “tour” as 1 1/2 hrs. We scheduled a Louvre tour with this timing in mind and had to leave the Eiffel tower before reaching the summit due to really long lines. I expected some kind of premium access for the large price we paid. A complete waste of money!
Excellent trip with a fab guide who was very knowledgeable. Learnt such a lot about the history the Eiffel Tower. Lovely lunch and cocktail there as well.
