They should know that you CAN NOT get your money back if you're a few minutes late for a tour, (we were late because our flight got in late) they WILL NOT work with you so that you can join another tour. They also should know that they charge more then if you would get the tickets in person. We paid $250 US dollars through the agency but we only paid €33.80 pp ($39.07 US) at the door. WE WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS AGENCY AGAIN! It was the most horrible experience I've ever had!

Kenny was AMAZING! We had an absolutely wonderful experience touring the Eiffel Tower with Kenny! She was exceptional — warm, engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Paris and its history. Kenny brought the Eiffel Tower to life with fascinating stories and details we never would have known on our own. She had the perfect balance of history, interesting facts, humour, and conversation, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than like a typical guided tour. She was also incredibly personable and made us feel completely at ease from the beginning. You can tell she truly cares about giving her guests a memorable experience. This was easily one of the highlights of our time in Paris. If you have the opportunity to book a tour with Kenny, do it. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Five stars without hesitation!
Sol was very pleasant and most informative !
Have mixed feelings about this excursion. Our tour guide was funny and friendly, and provided good history on the museum however, most of it was under and outside the actual tower. We then queued in line for about an hour before we went to the top of the base, and then she had to leave us on our own. The queue to get to the very top was an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Overall, you could probably just go on your own and walk around and skip the guided tour as there was not much more that we learned other than what we knew or could have read online. Regarding the tower itself, if you go when it’s hot and sunny, wear a hat and be prepared to wait in long lines as the elevators are crowded
The guide’s name was Sol. Perfect tour 10/10 !!! Pick her if you can, you wont regret it !!!!!
