- In accordance with the Eiffel Tower’s official safety regulations, access to the 3rd floor is not permitted for visitors with certain physical conditions or mobility impairments. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of all visitors, particularly in case of evacuation or emergency situations, as the 3rd floor is only accessible by elevator and cannot be evacuated by stairs.
- Please note that this is not a private or fully guided tour. This package combines several independent experiences in Paris. The order of the activities may vary depending on operational requirements.
- Remember to bring your own earphones and make sure your phone is fully charged! An internet connection is essential to download the audio guide.
- This tour includes different activities : - access to the Eiffel Tower by elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor, depending on the option selected with a host and the audioguide to download. - a city sightseeing bus tour with a downloadable audio guide available on your smartphone. - - a 1-hour Seine River sightseeing cruise, which you can enjoy independently at your preferred time (if option with cruise selected)
- Please note that each 1st Sunday of the month, Champs Elysees Avenue is pedestrian and the bus can't pass there during the City Tour

- All visitors are subject to security checks. Prohibited items will not be allowed inside the monument.
- Be aware that, although you will have a reserved access to enter at the Eiffel Tower, there may still be waitings at the security check

Eiffel Tower was amazing for sure. Top floor tickets essential. The traffic in Paris is challenging so our 1 hour tour tool 1.45 hours and missed a few stops on the map. The “audio guide” link they provide worked but was hard to get started. You need plenty of battery on your phone. The seine river cruise was brilliant. Our guide was very pleasant and helpful. Overall 4/5

Everything was amazing. The meeting point it was easy to find, great spot to take photos too, very friendly and explaining everything to everyone.

Booking x3 people for 3 experiences offered . Guide informed us no time to do all 3 & offered cruise tickets next day. We were leaving 5.30am so unable to come back. Bus trip was 10pm so also unsuitable. Accepted cruises tickets & told boats leave every 20mins. After Eiffel Tower visit we lined up with 100’s waiting to board cruises. After 1.5hr wait & still no cruise available we had to leave. Tickets were still being sold even though wait line was nearly 1km long. This was meant to be our final highlight outing with our son who had travelled from Scotland to join us. Instead we stood in line with 1000’s of strangers & left very disappointed. I have booked with Viatour previously & have never had such a poor outcome. Even buying the ticket online was difficult; email did not arrive & had to contact Help Centre then have email printed at hotel. Reminder text message did not arrive until after we had physically checked in with guide. No support given through phone number supplied on ticket; phone call unanswered X 4 attempts. I would like a refund for the cruise & bus portion of the tickets as it was not advertised correctly with the time constraints. The guide was unable to help further & was dealing with debacles from other clients as well. Worst experience ever.

Toured Eiffel tower, cruised down the Sienne River.... was told at 2000 the bus would be loading at 2130 & depart 2130- 2200 The bus never showed up... very disappointed and frustrated due it's the last night in Paris. Leave today!!!!

Overall an OK experience. We were surprised to learn these are 3 independent tours..that is you do them on your own..they aren’t guided. The Eiffel Tower experience was nice…the meeting point was clearly marked and the person lead us to the Eiffel Tower through security then we were on our own. It works well for us, however if someone was expecting a guide to tell you about the Eiffel Tower and go to the levels with you that isn’t what you get. We had to come back later in the day for the bus tour. Again..surprised that we didn’t go from the Tower to the Bus, then the boat…so don’t expect that experience. The bus tour was good, however the guide didn’t clearly explain what we were seeing as we drove by. So guides should be more knowledgeable. The boat tour was the best…the narrator on the boat clearly explained the sites we were going by. I think you can get better pricing by buying these individually especially since they are not guided and you simply do them on your own.
Unsure if paying extra for skip the line (Eiffel Tower) was worth it. There was basically no-one there when we joined the tour at 11am. Tour guide was helpful in advising where we were to go & as well as the Seine cruise & bus tour. Better signage for the cruise would be nice as we missed the cruise by 2 mons & had to wait 30 mins for the next one. What REALLY annoyed us was that the bus tour took 45 mins longer than advised, they didn't allow us to alight from the bus even though we drove directly past our hotel at the other end of the city, and we missed our dinner reservation. I suggest, even for the first time visitor, do the hop on hop off bus instead & don't use this business.
The Eiffel Tower Summit portion of this excursion was amazing! If you go to the Eiffel Tower you must go all the way to the top! The city tour was awful. The tour company gives you a map of the bus/tour route but they don’t follow the route.. They also don’t tell you where we are and what building we are passing by so you can listen to recording. There was a lot of the ciy tour we could not see but we didn’t get a partial refund. The Seine river cruise was nice.
We could not gain access on the express tour elevator to Eiffel bc it was bit operational . We had to wait in long line. the tour guide told us we could get a refund cut took doling that way . Bc if Tina we were able to do boat ride but not City your . Again they said we can get refunded . They were very apologetic and courteous otherwise . It was an unfortunate experience bc of that .
The view from the top is incredible once you could wedge your way through the crowd to get near the fence to take pictures
