Good, but the guide did not speak French. I understand that the excursion was primarily in English, but in my opinion, it would be normal to have answers to our questions in French. When we climbed the stairs, he was far ahead of us; he could have accompanied us and ensured that everyone was doing well. My mother had to stop on the first floor, and he did not concern himself with it nor offer an alternative to take the elevator to the second floor. Be careful, in this excursion you must walk up the first two floors, which is not easy.
Cordialement,
My experience was canceled due to poor visibility, however, the visibility was fine , I was promised a refund, but have not received it yet.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to the possibility of Eiffel Tower top floor closure, which is outside our control, we offered you the option to join the next available tour or receive a refund. You chose the refund option, and we have already processed the request according to the booking platform’s procedure. We understand your frustration, but we believe the situation was handled fairly and transparently.
