Collect your River Cruise ticket at the meeting location, board the river boat for an hour, and get set to explore the city from a completely new angle.

One of our hosts will welcome you at the meeting point, situated at a five minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower, at 38 avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. Check in and get your Bateaux Parisiens ticket and once your group's assembled, you'll get to go visit Lady Eiffel! Please note that the summit is not wheelchair accessible. You will also receive your ticket for a unique and unforgettable trip along the Seine river.
Make your way towards the Port de La Bourdonnais, facing the Eiffel Tower's North pillar, and get to the entrance of the Bateaux Parisiens. You'll just need to show your ticket before embarking and enjoying a lovely 1-hour Seine river cruise! Please note that audio-guides are available on-board.

- During peak times, the access to the venue can take some time to get through the security checkpoint
- Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower, check meeting instructions for ticket exchange
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers 4 years old and up
- customers are allowed to come to the meeting point earlier in the day to collect their River Cruise tickets if they wish. They may use the cruise either before or after their Eiffel Tower visit on the same day

The tour was pretty good. Our tour guide did a good job; the guided tour length was bit shoter than expected. The waiting room was bit hot, and there was no bathroom and water on site. The view was breathing taking.

Great tour guide. Very informative. I would still recommend logging in a getting your own free tickets for the entrance to Notre Dame so you don’t have to wait in the long line.
There was not enough time to complete both the Summit experience and the cruise before the last allowed sailing time so we had to miss going to the Summit and missed the fly bridge on Level 1. There were not enough seats on the boat to accommodate the number of passengers on board. Despite efforts to do so, I have not been able to contact the tour operator for a response. Their phone number does not seem to connect and the chat feature goes unanswered. Additionally, while on the lift going from the ground to Floor 2, two of the guides were trading stories about annoying past clients. Very unprofessional.

This was a great way to see the Eiffel Tower and Seine cruise since we were not able to get tickets online directly through the official website. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, the company was helpful, and everything was prompt. We were given the option to upgrade to a more “posh” boat when we checked in that included snacks and/or champagne for $20 euros and we did. Highly recommend!
