- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
- There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
- The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
- People with reduced mobility are not allowed to the summit floor
- Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

We waited in line and when it opened they let 3 people in and then closed without being able to say when it reopened. We had tickets for Disney so we couldn’t wait. We never got to go in.

it was great but meeting point was to far from effiel tower should be near it

It's always nice to hear the history of a famous landmark like the Eiffel Tower. Our guide was sweet and very informative for the short time we had her...and it was all we needed! We enjoyed our time with her and the escort to the second floor. Then we were on our own to the top! Absolutely beautiful and a dream come true!!! Our visit was 4/28/26 and the weather was perfect!!!

Multiple security checkpoints. Moderate lines Do not take anything sharp they will confiscate. Really enjoyed going up into the tower

I don’t really know if this is needed. You really do it all yourself. I only did because tickets were sold out on the official website.

Fantastic. Meeting point on the street causes some confusion and confusion, but the guide gave the message. The guide gave good explanations and historical aspects of the construction of the Tower and the relationship that the Parisians maintain with it.
Excellent experience. Will do this again.
