- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
- There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

- People with reduced mobility are not allowed to the summit floor
- Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

Absolutely breathtaking experience! Booking was easy, directions were clear, and everything ran smoothly with no confusion. The summit views were unforgettable. Me and my daughter had an amazing time, highly recommend!
Fantastic. Meeting point on the street causes some confusion and confusion, but the guide gave the message. The guide gave good explanations and historical aspects of the construction of the Tower and the relationship that the Parisians maintain with it.

Ismael was caring, compassionate & empathetic. We had a tough entry into the Eiffel Tower through no fault of the tour and Ismael found a solution and, guess what?? I got to the top of the Eiffel Tower!!! Thank you to Ismael for his compassionate care and creative solutions to help his clients go all the way yo the top(!). Also, Ismael handled an extremely rude tour client with grace and love.. i see the light of God in Ismael—he was my angel. Highly recommend this tour for ALL people—I’m young and walk with a cane because of cancer treatments. And I made it to the top of the Eiffel Tower. You can, too!
