The ramen was more than delicious. It was a great recipe and Tak was a great guide. Overall me and my family loved it .
Experience was slightly shorter but very busy! I’m sure it is different for each person. Sensei Tak was extremely helpful and encouraging! Great at making conversation and making you feel at ease. Will definitely consider coming back again for one of their multiple classes!

We were there as a group of 6 and had a lot of fun. Kai is an open-minded and nice guy who also enjoys talking about Japan. The ramen was great, really recommended. Please note that the soup takes time and is therefore already prepared. It is explained wonderfully and you can take a picture of the recipe. P.S. The beer is also very good! It was a very great experience, from the historical background to the cooking. Kai is very friendly and talkative; we laughed a lot together. A great experience for our group of 6 in Shinjuku.

Amazing experience. Harumi and Nana were the sweetest most welcoming guides I’ve had so far in Japan. They made us feel instantly at home with lots of joking and smiles while educating us on the history of ramen! Would absolutely do this experience again!
