- A trike driver must be 18-69 years old, a trike passenger - at least 12 y.o. The ability to ride a two-wheeled bicycle depends on the client's physical capabilities.
- If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. Maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the "Special requirements" field.
- In case of light rain (up to 1 mm per hour), proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.
- Infant seats available free of extra charge for Live Guided tours but on self-guided (GPS) tours it cost 20 euro for the whole tour duration.
- Not recommended for people with limited mobility
- Only persons capable of safely operating the vehicle with both hands are permitted to drive. Persons with impaired function of a hand, palm, or fingers that prevents full control are not allowed to operate the vehicle.

First we would do the tour on Saturday. Due to the bad weather we were allowed to move it to Sunday. René thought super well and was a mega friendly man.
Fantastic day!( even in the rain) Our tour was like two tours in one. With the e trikes we could travel more than a walking tour. Our guide Josef was great. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and took time to ensure that we saw everything and were safe doing so. I normally would not ha e done this type of tour ,but I recently injured my knee and this was a great alternative to walking. I highly recommend this tour!

Booked through TripAdvisor and everything was very smooth. I went with my wife and 2 teenage daughters. We took The e-bikes far tyres and after a short instruction we went off for an amazing tour through old town and to amazing viewpoints. With the speed assistance we broke no sweat going uphill and the route was very safe. In 2 hours we saw the major sights and Nic was an amazing storyteller, perfect English and great knowledge and storytelling!
Wanted an enjoyable way to explore the city & get our bearings on the first day & this was perfect. Our guide Josef was knowledgeable & clearly enjoys living in Prague so was full of recommendations. We’d highly recommend this tour!!!
