This was an amazing experience! My friend and I visited I’m Dec 2021. We were greeted by friendly staff members who were very accommodating. We chose to use a tour guide and we were pleased by him and his efforts. We went together with a group of people and the guide helped all of us along the way. Of course the view of the waterfall is a once in a lifetime experience,

Viator is very misleading with this! It’s transportation only for the price they give. The “ticket” it mentions is your ticket to ride! You still have to pay an entrance fee once you get to the falls. Once we got past the frustration of being hoodwinked and having to pay extra, we loved the falls! It was beautiful and a great way to cool down on a hot summer day!

It was a bad experience. I paid 170 American dollars for transportation only. This was very misleading and I will never book with you again.

Our guide was amazing. He took a ton of pics for us. Rocks are pretty slippery though but had a great time
