Driver was a NO SHOW!! We waited 25 minutes (after traveling for 30 hours)! Use someone else or just Taxi from airport to Old Town,

I gave our driver instructions on when our plane was scheduled to arrive, the airline and flight number as well as my phone number. The flight was delayed about 35 minutes. He tried to call me but I was airborne and did not receive the call. Another member of our party arrived arrived 15 minutes before we did. They did not see anyone with a sign. The driver said he waited for some period of time, decided we were no shows and left. If he had checked the airline, he could have seen that the flight was delayed and what our new arrival was. We were stranded without a ride. I called the Viator help line and was advised to take a taxi to our hotel which I did for a $60 fee. I requested a refund but was advised that was not possible. I would be glad to reimburse the driver for gas money but I am very disappointed about how this was managed. James Holman
Thank you for your point of view. All of our drivers have to follow rules for waiting. If person is not answering on phone that is ringing and not messagin after 1:30h after landing he need to go for next passangers. You provided us with 2 flights details trying to combine for 2 groups and single airport transfer. Somethimes it happens that flights are delayed but not knowing that we have others to pick up on time. You dont need to pay driver for gas or waiting time we will do that. Thank you for review even you didnt use our service.
Exactly on time in the pick up location, car was nice and clean and safe driving. Not much else to say
Communication was excellent, driver was waiting for us at the airport, he was very friendly and a helpful driver.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had with a simple transport. After trying to communicate with the operator as my flight came in much earlier than expected, the operator simply said in a very short email they were busy. No discussion, no apologies or further communication. Will never book through Viator again.
There was a mistake in arrival date and company refused to adjust date, although I called and wrote and wrote many times
It was wonderful to have someone meet me at the airport after a long flight. My driver was delightful and answered all my many questions about her country. I would highly advise anyone flying in to sign up for a ride with o their accommodations.
