I highly recommend this two day one night trip. The scenery is incredible and they keep you busy with a cave tour, floating fishing village tour, night fishing for squid and kayaking. The boat is neat and they serve an 8 course lunch and 8 course dinner. They picked us up at our Hanoi hotel and returned us.
