I started my day visiting Abiden Palace OUTSIDE! Then immediately going to Papyrus shop, perfumes shop, jewelry shop and cotton shop! Jumping to Giza pyramids and paying for a camel ride and paying for a horse ride! I booked a 1/2 day in Cairo and I was taken to Giza. I told my guide several times that Giza was on my itinerary for the following day I told my guide that that I already have pyramids and camel ride already scheduled for my tour the next day. He insisted we go to Giza the same day we do the 1/2 day tour. His response was that what he will show me is better then what I will be seeing the following day on tour What I expected I would see Cairo museum or even a mosque and a church or the Cairo citadel or Cairo bazaar but from out of nowhere he took me To Giza and had me pay for tours that I explained I had already paid for. Even my afternoon tour to Cairo tower which is with another guide was spoiled by him as I originally had the tour and lunch somewhere but this part was very suspicious as he made me given him the phone number of the operator of the tower tour. He called the operator and asked for the guides phone number. He asked me to text the operator and ask for him to give the ticket from the tower guide to himself so he could go on the tower tour with me. I was standing there trying to understand what was going on at that time as he was talking to the tower guide. The tour guide called the operator and had a conversation. After getting off the phone, the tower guide left me with him One more time he made me pay for the lunch at the tower which was originally included in the tour within the city He text me and called throughout the night but I didn’t answer the phone I feel he was about to ruin my tour for the following day When eating lunch at the tower, he told me his plans for me over the next couple days were to take me on other tours Ahmed Yassin is a person that takes advantage of tourists
This was the worse service we received while in Cairo. Our tour was supposed to start at 3pm , at 315pm no one arrived to pick us up so we called - made 3 attempts but to NO AVAIL. We reached out via the messenger app they communicated with us from prior to being in Cairo, but still no reply. We also reached out internally through Viator and no response either. At 430 we decided that they will not be doing the tour so we canceled. We're hopeful to get our refund in FULL. It was a 4 hour tour planned for the day and we were basically left with nothing to do for the day. Very disappointed.
This was the worst private tour ever. To start, the the car sent to pick us up was tiny, smelled like an ashtray, and hot. The tour guide was terrible. He did more joking around than providing information. We were taken specifically deep into the slums of old Cairo to stores ready to take my wallet for a ride. One of the store owners even pushed me in the back when he understood I was not going to buy anything from him. We sat in traffic with windows down for at least an hour and a half. My wife and I felt like we were escaping rather than completing what should have been fun evening.
We had a very nice day visiting some temles, we went to the market and had lunch at Abou Tarek. To finalize the day, a great dinner in the Cairo Tower, as I mentioned previously, other very nice day in Cairo!

I went with my friends and we had a very good time. The food was delicious and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Don't second guess yourself buy this tour.

Was a nice chill tour we went to the park and learned about the palace and we ate a nice Egyptian dinner with dessert was really nice experience

My favorite part was listening to music with Ahmed and strolling in the park. He taught us about Cairo and Giza and we hung out like friends. This was a perfect chill tour.
