We bought tickets from Travel Agency and they sent us the itinerary for the Dolphin Cruise. However, when we arrived, the Dolphin Cruise staff gave us a completely different itinerary and handled the situation very poorly. They didn’t apologize and instead argued with us one-on-one. During dinner, I found hair in my yogurt and cold cuts. The staff had a terrible attitude toward us and didn’t clear our dirty plates, while they continued clearing other tables. I asked for warm water to take my medicine, but they gave me very hot water instead. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. 💴

The best facilities… and great service and food quality. Fatima the manager was very attentive to any request and proactively give us options and recommendations to my family. My teenagers were very happy and asking if we could stay or come back this week again 😂
