- Tickets are nominative. Name/s provided during the booking must match the valid photo ID presented by each participant. Entry may be denied otherwise.
- Visitors aged 11+ (Basilica-only) or 6+ (Doge’s Palace) must buy a standard adult ticket.
- Please note that St. Mark's Basilica enforces a strict dress code. Visitors must always cover their knees and shoulders.
- Skip-the-line does not bypass security check lines. During peak season, wait times may be longer.
- The Basilica is an active place of worship. Access may be restricted or modified without notice due to religious events, high tide or crowd control.
- Audioguides are provided via the Crown Tours App. Due to limited local connectivity, we strongly recommend downloading the app beforehand (requires 500 MB). Bring a charged smartphone & personal headphones.
- From January 1, 2026, the entry fee for Basilica-only access is €12. Optional access: Museum or Pala d’Oro €24; Museum and Pala d’Oro €36; Campanile €18; Doge’s Palace €35; Extended Museum Pass €40. Remaining value covers operational costs, including audioguide provision and hosting services, or certified guides with whisper devices.
- For skip-the-line hosted tickets, you will join a group at the meeting point and must remain with your assigned host for entry. Hosted access does not bypass security checks.

Terrible. We are here at San Marco piazza. No one wearing Crown t shirt. My son and I called what’s app number & messaged them. There was no reply. STAY Away.

We had a fantastic time on the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica Fast-Track Tour! Even though it was an extremely hot day, the experience was absolutely worth it. The fast-track access saved us a lot of time, allowing us to spend more time enjoying these incredible landmarks instead of waiting in long lines. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and shared fascinating stories about the history, architecture, and art that made the tour even more memorable. Both St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace are breathtaking and truly must-see attractions in Venice. Despite the heat, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. Five stars!

Must see for a trip to Venice. While not a long tour, it was so helpful to have a guide, especially in Doge Palace. Guide was very good.

Although the weather was hot, our guide took things slowly and carefully. We had a family with a stroller and they navigated the stairs. The palace was impressive. The cathedral was beautiful.

Fantastic tour to visit the most famous attractions of Venice. In my opinion, this is the best way to get to those two places. Our guide, Monika, was amazing, so passionate about her city. This tour gives you a shortcut to the attractions, so you don't have to stay in enormous queues in the hot sun. I would also recommend selecting the balcony visit, the panoramic view worse very penny spent. Highly recommend.

We lost the guide in the jail. I attempted to reconnect via WhatsApp phone call but no connection made. My wife and I went into St Marks ourselves. The guide when had him in the Doggs Palace was difficult to understand.
