Itinerary
07:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Hue and depart for the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) along National Highway 1.
Continue along Highway 9 to visit historic sites such as Rockpile and Dakrong Bridge, which played crucial roles during the Vietnam War. Arrive at Khe Sanh Combat Base, one of the most famous battlefields, where you will explore the airstrip, bunkers, and remnants of the U.S. Marine Corps base.
After lunch, drive toward the Ben Hai River and Hien Luong Bridge, the symbolic dividing line between North and South Vietnam during wartime.
Continue to the Vinh Moc Tunnels, an underground village where local people lived and survived bombings during the war. Walk through the tunnels and learn about the resilience of the Vietnamese.
Drive back to Hue and arrive at your hotel around 5-6:00 PM.

Linh (guide) and Tang (driver) were excellent, Linh speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. He paced the trip really well and we had a fantastic stop for lunch. The tunnels were particularly interesting and learning about the history behind them was very informative.
We had a great DMZ tour with Chuong (Toni) and his driver. We got a lot of informations about the places we visited. It was impressiv but of course a sad history behind all this. 2 days before it was my partners birthday. We got a nice cake from the company. Thank you very much.

An excellent trip to learn more about this terrible war in Vietnam. Our guide Hoa was so nice and very knowledgable, as an older traveller i grew up watching the uncensored news reels as the war progressed . Hoa really educated me on the complexities of the war and those involved. The Vinh Moc tunnels are amazing.
