We had the most amazing cooking class. The lesson started with a trip to the market, where we got to explore and learn about the various ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. The chef was so detailed and guided us with 4 dishes. Homemade wine was my favorite and eat our heart out!

Chef was incredible. Shopping the local markets with him was so interesting and informative. The class itself was so fun. We were a big part of the preparation process and made 5 different items that we then got to eat at the end of the class. All of this and you get the recipes to take home with you too. If I could rate this a 10, I would do so. We highly recommend this experience.
This was an amazing experience. Our guide was brilliant, the walk through the market was really interesting and the cooking class was quite in depth, finishing with a delicious meal prepared by our group. Highly recommend this tour.
Absolutely loved our experience with great teacher Bon. Food was well planned we had fun choosing all the herbs, veggies in preparation for our meal. Cooked as well, for the price you get a vg night out.
This was a fun class, with easy to follow instructions in a very relaxed and social setting. For someone who doesn’t cook a lot this was a great introduction to Vietnamese food.
I attended this cooking class with two other friends. After I booked the course through Tripadvisor, the contact went smoothly and we had a very nice cook! The course took place with three other people. The pickup went smoothly, we were picked up from the hostel and went together to the local market to buy the necessary groceries. All wishes were met (so we cooked pho despite other planning) and there was enough work for everyone! There were no problems with the language either, as everyone was fluent in English. I am very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone!
This was my first cooking class as part of a trip and I could not be more pleased. Not only did I get to learn to make some local dishes, I got to experience the local culture through a visit to a neighborhood market to procure the ingredients for the meal and through a lovely evening of instruction and dinner in a residential setting. The staff were really amazing and the class had both experienced as well as first time cooks. Everyone had a lovely evening.
<p>Awesome class. Very informative in the markets and throughout the class. Loved getting to cook outside of the city craziness, in the comfort of a home. Can't wait to make the recipes when I get home.</p>
