Discovery Tour around Essaouira by Electric Motorcycle

The experience was great, super helpful people and easy and enjoyable from every stage of her adventure. The bikers were great, very comfortable and all the equipment was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and felt like the right amount of time to see a lot of Essaouira that there is now way you could see without bikes. Thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon.

A superb day trip accompanied by our guide Nada, absolutely delicious and so joyful. We discovered in a unique way the hinterland, the hills covered with argan trees, the authentic villages. We met a shepherd and his herd of very gourmet goats with a little kid who had just been born. We shared a very warm time at home with a sequence of learning how to use argan nuts. And finally a nice meal in a hut facing the sea.Everything was really perfect. We definitely recommend!

What a hidden gem! We booked the ebike trip via GetYourGuide a bit blindly, but had an amazing time. The ebikes were quite easy to ride after a few minutes practice, and our guide was knowledgeable and really friendly. We enjoyed learning more about Essaouira and it's history, and seeing much more than we could have managed on foot. Bear in mind these are mini motorbikes and do go surprisingly fast so the people riding them need to be able to manage some sections on busy roads. Mostly it is off the main roads, but just be aware. The great benefit of ebikes over motorbikes though is that they are so quiet - you aren't spoiling the environment with noise or air pollution either. Even more brilliantly, the guide took photos and gopro footage which was all sent over to us afterwards. One of the real highlights of our trip to Morocco!

My wife Sophie and I Bruno took the walk The Sunset Odyssey on Wednesday 01.04 with Olivier as guide as well as Younes for the Anglophone participants. This walk is amazing and will remain one of the best activities we have done on vacation in a very, very long time! Everything is perfect as well hotel pick-up, organization from start to finish , scenery , meetings with locals and electric motorcycles are really super simpa to drive and very easy to practice. Olivier is a lovely person, full of knowledge and attention and the same is true for Younes! I really recommend a ride at Lou's Ride it was so much more pleasant, eco-friendly than going on a quad bike or buggy... Thank you Olivier for this wonderful time for us both! Bruno

Fantastic Experience! This is a must do, to experience the culture of the people and beauty of Essaouira. We were greeted by our guides and a short drive to the outskirts of Essaouira. Intro to driving our electric bikes was provided and very easy to learn with limited to no experience needed. We travelled throughout the countryside with a several stops along the way, learning about the area, people and way of life. Visited a family and learned how they lived, worked and provided to their community. We were treated with mint tea and baked goods. Finished our ride with the sunset at the beach. A memorable experience! Thank you!

I had an incredible experience with Lou’s Rides! The guides were absolutely fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. One of the highlights was meeting a local medicine man and his family, which made the whole experience feel authentic and deeply meaningful. It’s not something you get on a typical tour. The views were simply spectacular, every stop felt like a postcard moment. From start to finish, everything was well organized and enjoyable. Superb vintage moped ride to discover the valleys around essaouira. Quiet walk in the hinterland during which we discover a rich and varied landscape, as well as Berber culture among the argan trees. We have eaten at home with a typical home cooked meal. Olivier was our guide and told us the history of the region and its inhabitants from antiquity to the present day. Bravo Olivier and thank you for sharing and sharing. A culturally rich outing that is closed by a little ride on the beach at sunset.
