Fun

Thank you so much. I went with my friend and we had so much fun learning about the history and fundamentals of ikebana. Highly recommend going for a less touristic experience! Special thanks to Fuji san and Kosa san for making this experience worth it! ❤️

such a wonderful trip highlight!!!

This was such a wonderful experience!! The instructor was so friendly and informative. I've always loved the minimalist expression of ikebana and to now understand the "rules" that create a reflection of nature and seasons is such a treat. I look forward to improving my skills at home!!

My wife and I had a wonderful time with Fuji sensei and Kosa-san learning ikebana basics through choosing our own flowers and and arranging them with their help.

1000/10

I thoroughly enjoyed this ikebana class! I came in with no knowledge of the history or arrangement style and I’m so glad I stumbled on this place. The ladies were truly special and I learned the beautiful style. 10/10 would recommend. Pro tip: bring yen.

Learning ikebana

Fuji-San taught us at Yanesen. She gave us the rules to the standing style, walked us to the florist where we selected our flowers. We returned to the studio and with her advice, we made our arrangements.

Wonderful ikebana experience

We had a nice experience with the very kind instructors walking us through the history, philosophy and basic techniques of ikebana. If you are into flowers and Japanese artistry, you should to try it! Recommend it for both residents and tourists.
