Very good guide who knows the history of Madrid well , lots of humor , smiling and pleasant! We had a great time.
Fantastic trip around Madrid in Tuk Tuk - Carlos was friendly, informative and took lots of photos of us - dropped us where we requested - highly recommended
I had booked the tour but didn’t realize the time was later in the day. The operator was able to change the time no problem and even picked us up close to our hotel. He also tailored our tour based on what we have already seen. It was a short tour but we got to see a lot.
Great tour around Madrid with Carlos. He’s a great photographer and knew where to stop for some excellent pictures. Only concern was he implied that the tour we purchased was for one hour since he exceeded that he wanted to charge us for an additional hour. We did not pay more as I told him the excursion stated it would last anywhere from 1-3 hours. If he was correct Viator needs to be more specific about what is being purchased.
