Best regards,
Called to cancel an hour before the tour, tried to upsell us some other tour. Dishonest and a scam. Don’t take my reservation if you won’t honor it.
The guide was nice and the tour was OK, but no experience beyond simply walking down Calle 8 and stopping at shops ourselves. The coffee tatsing was available to anyone who stopped at the shop, cigar factory is open to all, we paid extra for the mujito, the included pastry and crocet were OK, certainly not worth the $70 for a 90 minutes tour.
The people we met and places we went to were very fun. The guide is electric and a very happy person with lots of energy and knowledge in the area.
We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the people, places, and especially your guide’s energy and knowledge. It sounds like a fantastic experience all around! We hope to have you join us again soon for more fun adventures.
Our tour was not as advertised. Our tour guide Ari was nice but we were expecting a much more extensive tour. We didn’t experience cigar rolling but we did go in cigar stores. We didn’t go in the cubaocho museum., we didn’t experience flan ice cream, we also did not go in the theater we also did not see the memorial park.
We booked at the very last minute a private food tour and they confirmed it. One hour prior the meeting time the guide called us saying that due to the holidays some shops/ sites might be closed and she would have shown others in case. A part a sip of coffee and quick walking tour we didn’t much as all shops and attractions were closed. We got some churros just because my daughter showed interest otherwise we wouldn’t had anything. I would have appreciated more they canceled the tour because we didn’t get what we paid for. Suppliers should be checked before you confirm a tour or you should close sales for tours you can’t grant to your clients. We were offered a very cheap shared multilingual boat tour as a compensation and it was horrible! Started 1 hour later than scheduled only because we complained with the guide about the delay and we lost our lunch reservation on Christmas Day!!!!
We felt very comfortable with our guide who was very nice. The information was nice and relevant to the culture of the area. The Cuban coffee was amazing as well as the pastries sampled and fresh squeezed sugar cane juice.
Junior was a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable and treated us like friends. The tour group consisted of my fiancé, myself, and Junior the tour guide. They specialize in small groups and you get an amazing experience. Thank you Junior for a great time.
