Excellent guides but inaccurate activity description

We found two prepared and helpful people, the driver Souahil and the guide Chakir. The first accompanied us to some places outside the Medina, the second showed us the beauties of El Bali. Unfortunately, the description of the experience on the Viator platform is not accurate: it was supposed to include paid admissions (which instead were at our expense as an extra) , the visit to the second Madrasa and other places outside the center. I suspect that the guide was told it was a half-day experience, not 5-6 hours as planned (even if in fact the 5 hours were practically reached). Furthermore, we understood that a tea/coffee was included. We certainly didn't spend an excessive amount (€50 for two + entrance fees and tips), but I highly recommend that Viator update the activity description and what is actually included. Thanks anyway to Souahil and Chakir, who made us get to know and appreciate Fes!

Fez rocks

We had two parts of the tour. The first was a driving tour outside of the Medina and the second part was inside the Medina and the souk. Hamza (first guide) was very knowledgeable about Islam, the history of Morocco and Fez and pretty much everything we could ask. Our afternoon guide (sorry - didn't write his name down) did a wonderful job of touring us inside the Medina and souk. We saw the first university in the world, tannery, several mosques and mausoleums, cloth dying techniques, carpet making and the like. All so interesting! Morocco is so wonderful!
